Who would you recommend ad recommend as a vendor that has the most in your face flavor? I know of some that offer " extra flavor shots" which Cost more and even with them and steeping You still only faintly get a flavor.

I would honestly reccomend DIY. Its so darn simple and you can make the most intense flavored juice or the mildest, the fruitest or the most realistic tabaco juice...its all up to you. You decide what you vape thats why I would seriously suggest DIY to anyone. Also I can make a 30ml $2.25 bottle of juice that tastes like Looper or FP or GVC. Close enough for my tastes anyway but ymmv
Alpha, if you like your vapes on the sweet side. Hoops and Manchu are my favorites. I usually buy premium from ejuices.com or giant vapes, when I get a discount.
Halcyons - they have high vg and great flavors and smooth vape
