I have one. I'm not sure if I'm not filling the tank far enough, if I should push down the filler, or what, but after about 20 minutes I start getting a burned taste.
The coil on the atty is really, I mean REALLY, big and bright! So it stands to reason that it will burn hotter and I knew this up front.
Maybe I'm just too used to my Ego tank and doing too long of a draw on it.

Some questions: There is filler in the type-b ego-t attys? Where is it? In the tank? - You can see the coil on your eGo-t atty? Are the type-b attys differently designed without a needleplate or a differently shaped needleplate that allows the coil to be seen from the top?

I must say I really like the type B tank. Very nice to fill once or at the very most twice a day for me. The whistle tip is a bit larger, and I actually like that too. Really good vapor, good flavor. It is a keeper!

The tank and atty seem to be of the exact same design as the originals tank system, albeit larger. That being said, I did have a bad atty out of the box. I know it would have been replaced, but decided to go commando on it and make our own wick following Simplecj's awesome instructions. Very nice.

Two other atty's are perfect out of the box.

I am perfectly happy if I get 4+ weeks from an atty. One atty per month for $15 is ok with me compared to the analogs I was burning up. I have gotten 6 weeks out of my regular type A tanks, and still vaping strong.

As a side note, I want to say Vicky at Cignot just rocks. She is an asset to us as customers. Quick shipment, responsive with customer service. This is not my first purchase from her, but it is always a pleasure.

So all in all, I am quite pleased.

I have a couple of the type -B atty's and a five pack of the tank carts. My opinion is that they are great They do hold 2 ml and that last me for most of the day. As for the specifications of them they are a little larger than the type A more round and the needle inside is larger The tanks are larger too as they hold 2ml of juice so if you buy the attys you definately need the carts. As for performance I actually think they are better. You do need not to take as a harder of a draw. They do seem to warm up more than the other kind but that is to be expected. Would I purchase them again. You bet your bottom dollar I would. I would get them from Cignot as Vicki sells top notch stuff and if anything goes wrong she is right on top of it. I had an type-A Tank atty that was DOA and she had a replacement for me even before the other one reached her.

I ordered two type B attys and the wife and I have been using them for about a week. The vapor productions is fantastic, once you get used to the tighter draw. I agree the flavor is a bit better (I didn't think it was bad on the type A's, however) and it is a bit warmer. The only issue we've been having is all of the tanks seem to leak pretty bad after a few hours. Not really sure what's causing it, but I just pull the tank out, wipe everything down and get back to it. I'll take some leaking over "burnt" taste anyday!

Overall, I'm a fan of the type B's. I'll be ordering more soon...and of course, they'll be from Cignot!

Got one a few days ago. Great for the first tank or two lots of taste and vapor. Now it leaks bad and floods if I leave it in an upright position and is very inconsistant. Cleaned it out and still not working great. I thought it was the one when I first got it but I'm not happy, think it needs lr to work better. Still like the lr type a the best. Al

Hmm, That is odd Alongo, I have had my first one for about two weeks now and my second for about a week, now they do get a little condensation in the tank area, but other than that they have both been as sound as a safe thus far. And still producing great vapor and flavor. Only one cleaning a piece so far.

The LR version is now available at Cignot too if you prefer to try one of tose, I am contemplating it as I have never tried an LR atty before

I've been getting leaking as well when the tank gets below 1/4 full. I think the heat from the atty is causing the air in the tank to expand which then pushes the juice out. I've never had this happen with the type A units. The large amount of air space gives it enough air to build up the pressure. I noticed the last couple of times that I got a little gurgling before the leaking started. In the future I'll be putting it down when I hear that and refill before I use it again.

Overall though, I'm liking the performance of the B type.

I have been getting some leaking as well, typically late in the day. Usually I just blow out the atty when that happens and it stops. I will try refilling it though when I hear the gurgle. Thanks for the info.

TW sent me an email today letting me know they are now carrying the type B's. They are selling each tank for $2.12 a piece with extra caps. What's interesting about this to me is that they are claiming the that the caps on the tanks are what's causing the leaking and not the atties and that the caps are a one use deal.

It's funny that you say that. I believe TW on to something - I've done some testing (same atty, different tank/cap combos) and I've come to the conclusion that the cap on the tank seems to be the key to the leaking issues. I don't know about single use, but I know I've got some caps that leak, and some that don't. I think sometimes it goes wrong when the cap is first pierced. I'd be more than happy to buy a giant bag of replacement caps as opposed to whole tanks. Anyone else thinking the same thing?

Overall, it's been two weeks with the same Type-B atty and I've had minimal issues - just the leaking with certain tanks (or should I say certain caps?).
