I've had around 20 HV mods, and by FAR the best for the money is the Copper($52.95). The silver bullet is a great one, but it's just soooo big.

Really? The Copper? Huh.
This is kind of an unanswerable question. It really seems to be completely subjective. No real absolute "best" and new ones keep popping up. Wouldn't be surprised if Apple came out with one soon. The I-vape :)

What are these made from? They look like they were originally something else, but modified to fit an atomizer and vape with.
The body is from a cell phone emergency charger (I believe). Total cost of the parts needed to built it are about $80.00. There is an in depth walk though on how to build one but I'd only screw it up so I bought one already built. I can only tell you that I own 6 other mods and none come close to the functionality of this unit. Yes it's expensive but my definition of expensive is the $100 unit that sits in my drawer doing nothing!!

I can say that since I've rec'd my 510 carto's my Silver Bullet has performed better than ever at 6v!! A LOT of vapor, nice warm TH, and longevity of the juice in the carto is outstanding! I've burnt a lot of attys by not keeping them wet enough (some after only 2 pulls brand new!) but my current carto has been used heavily today and since about 6 am with no let down. I'd say (my opinion) SB and some 510 cartos are the way to go. I also have some cartos from Nhaler on order that are supposed to be a higher resistance for an even longer life span! I CANT WAIT!!! :D
