Should a bigger setup be needed? Yea the one I have looks small in my hand and I could use a bigger flash light size but why? I don’t go past 4.2v on the one I have now because everything starts to taste burnt. Why do I need a bigger setup? Its a Smok 900 VV I have 6 ReDux tanks, and a kanger Protech tank with about 12 different flavors that I'm vaping right now.

If you already have a vv mod (which after your edit I see you don't lol), the only real reason to go bigger would be for better battery life. Going from a twist batt to a mod, you'll get the better batt life, better voltage regulation (more consistent results over the life off the batt charge), more versatility (rebuild your own coils and be able to check your ohms), all in a more sturdy package. The Vamo in 18350 mode honestly isn't much bigger than an ego twist. It looks much bigger in pics than it actually is...
(btw, go Giants lol)

You don't if what you have works. There are benefits to larger form factors and they don't have much to do with what voltage you're using. Most mods use removable batteries that have a bigger circumference than an ego. They allow you to vape all day without having to worry about charging or switching them out.

i'm guessing that was a football joke, but I don't watch tv or sports.
Yup lol, die hard giants fan and saw you are in Irving, home of the cowboys lol... But like others have said, if you like what you have there is no reason to switch. Basically, it's like getting a base model car vs the same car loaded. Ultimately it's the same ride, just with some more bells and whistles...
