You mentioned Vets and dripping?
Well, I am a vet, I've TRIED ALMOST EVERYTHING THERE IS.... 4 or 5 different renditions of the CE2's (that oughtta tell you something, there's a reason why it took them SO MANY MODELS to get it right- because the SUCK!), Cartos, clearos, atties, tanks, etc.
Atomizers and dripping is what I do now. Out of EVERYTHING I'VE TRIED dripping on a 306 on my Buzz Pro is where it's at.
Clearos taste ALRIGHT but aren't worth it to me.
I NEVER waste juice.
I WANT PERFECTION. I WANT THE SAME TASTE EVERY TIME. ATTIES AND DRIPPING are the only way for me.
THIS IS MY OPINION!!!!!!!!
Now of course if you like clearos, then you like them. But you asked, so you got an answer!
But that oughtta tell you something. I know ALOT OF VETS that drip. I also know a bunch that only use cartos. if they want to sacrifice flavor for function be my guest. However in my opinion, I'd rather drip and be satisfied than have to MESS AROUND WITH THOSE ANNOYING juice WASTERS!!!

PS--- NO, you aren't doing anything wrong. (I think) everyone has their preferences and that happens to be yours. There's nothing wrong with you for liking the CLEAROS. I WANTED TO LOVE THEM!
I'D LOVE to just fill up a big carto and vape away! But I haven't found anything worth it to me yet!!!

I drip because I can clean an atty in about 3 minutes fill it up and go. No waiting for a carto to dry and even then only half would work right after a cleaning! Also cartos waste juice and burnt filler taste. Attys always Taste way better then any cartos I've tried! Ands I've been using the same atty for 3 months now! Try and find a cartos that taste as good and will last even 25% of what a good atty will last!

I think you just have to get into dripping to really appreciate it. I've got the attys I like now (Empire Mods and Smart Vapes 1.5's are both great bargains IMO and the HH357 is great too, just a bit expensive). I've got the learning curve down (when to drip and when not to drip). I've got some good drip shields. I just really like it now that I've made the plunge,

Don't get me wrong. I still have a huge stock of cartos and carto tanks which get used in certain situations, but if I can drip, why wouldn't I?

ETA: I'd also like to reiterate the point that I use way less juice when dripping, but still feel just as satisfied. When I would have taken 4-7 drags from a carto I now take 2-4 drags from an atty and feel the same level of satisfaction.

Yeah I haven't bought a new atty in almost six months
Can't remember last time one died on me
Give dripping a try people! You'll learn to like it I promise. Cartos are GREAT when I'm driving! But that's about it ;)
You WILL save money
I found that when I first started and I was in the vaping "honeymoon phase" I was into "trying new cartos, blah blah" but learned quickly I could save money this way AND BE FULFILLED!!! heh

I use the ego C atty/cartridge system with ego twist batteries, and am pretty new to vaping, so keep in mind my comments are based on that equipment and experience level.

I dripped for the first time using a naked Ego C atomizer head (pulled out the spike) just to try it, and I regularly use the cartridges/atty normally.

After the initial try out of curiosity, I drip only when I get new juices in and want to find out what they tasted like without loading up a cartridge. Dripping is great for that. However, there's no taste or experience difference to me (other than dripping is a PITA), between dripping and using the cartridges The only physical difference is a very short wick and that doesn't seem to make much of a difference.

I have not tried different attys for dripping, but I fail to see, given that I can vary the voltage, that one naked heating coil can be better/different than another. If the atty has a wick/bridge, it can only be equal to or worse than a naked coil. If I'm wrong here, please correct me.

That's because you are dripping on a eGo-C atty not made for dripping...try dripping with a real atomizer made for dripping like the HH.357 you will see a world of difference. Even a regular 510 Joyetech atomizer will be better.

I'm not sure if it was mentioned, but I drip for flavor AND to not get nicced out. I usually go with 2-3 sets of 3 drops. It also depends on the atty how many puff you can get out of it. Also, the flavor will get better after you break it in. My recent hh357s were leaky and I was only able to get 3-5 puffs on some of them, now I can get a decent amount of puffs from them.

Once in a while we get out the big tin of flavors and start sampling juices, dripping flavors from from blackberry to biscotti and a few dozen others. Quick flavor changes will always be something only an atty brings. I have a lot of flavors I enjoy once in a while but don't want a carto or tank full. If you only have a couple flavors you use then that flexibility isn't necessary. An atty remains a simple easy maintenance part of the vaping world, just more for hobbyists as cheap kits should evolve to simple carto setups. I use cartos and carto tanks most of the time, but for me some juices just taste best dripped on an atty.

Attys can also be expanded to hold .5ml or so, making them give much more time between dripping. The Bonut had worked for me and has given me extended vaping on an atty when I wanted it. An ECF member created it - if you search on the name "Bonut" it'll show up.

where to buy the Bonut from?!
