I have to agree with the OP. First, let me qualify myself. I am Old and don't listen to any music recorded after 1968 (still have my vinyl copies). I stopped by a
vape meet at a local chain restaurant and occasionally go by the B&M's here and even though there are exceptions, I find most of the patrons to be 20 somethings, long unkept hair, and covered with tatoos. They kind of remind me of "wantabee" hippies from the 1960's but just aren't sure how to pull it off. I am a firm believer that you have a right to be whatever you want to be but before I left the "working world" I was in charge of hiring decisions for my company. Some of these people, just based on appearance, would not have had any chance of a callback. Most here may think me as unreasonable and judgemental, but at least for a few more years it will be old farts like me that hand out the jobs.
