Hello people, I have been diying about 1 week and I am really curious as to the experience members are having making their own juice. Are you diying
1. just to save money(which is fine) and you are satisfied with a decent flavor.
2. just for the fun and excitement of maybe creating a master blend?
3. because at least you know what is going into the juice and feel more comfortable using this approach.
4. because you can make juices that are as good or much better that what is being sold out there by the vendors.
5. because you are just curious about the experience of doing it.
6. because you can mic flavors that you think would fit your flavor profile much better.

Are you diying for all of the above which is also great.

As for me personally...I am doing this to both save money and I feel I can make juices that are as good or better than what the vendors are selling. I will only continue if I can accomplish the second reason. I do need to save money, but I want to vape the best juice I can make or get elsewhere. If I cannot, I will just go to bwb or somewhere else to get my juice.

I got into this primarily to vape flavors. Therefore, I have no problem buying from vendors if that is where I will find the best juice.

I would love to know the reason why you diy...any input would be greatly appreciated.

The hobby aspect is a big part for me. Every couple days I create something just for fun. Made 3 this morning inspired by a cocktail recipe website I found. 1. blue lemonade 2. bermuda swizzle 3. alien orgasm

Granted a couple of these are interpretations but it has been a while since I made something I wanted to toss.

4 - 2 - 3 - 1.

I mix some decent eliquids, enjoy coming up with a new keeper. Knowing what is in a mix, the base ingredients, is a plus to me, though compared to smoking anything up to cat pee would be an improvement. The savings are real, I figure I'm running about $2/day total now, vaping 6 ml/day, for everything (eliquid, cartos, hardware).

1.Because if the FDA gets their way, that will stop internet sales of e-juice. There is no one local to buy from.

2. I'm using 0 mg liquid now, so I don't have any worries about handling or being very precise when measuring out nicotine liquid. Yes, there are charts galore. But I get distracted easily.

3. I've been scratching my head at the cost of 0mg liquid from vendors. I don't really like the idea of paying as much for 0mg liquid as I'd pay for 36mg liquid.

DIY is something I've almost gotten into. I've ordered some Lorann's flavors and haven't used them except to bump up some weak juices. Now, I need to procure some PG and VG and a few other things to try some recipes I've seen on ECF. DIY could definitely be cheaper and better than buying pre-made juices once you get the hang of what it takes to achieve a certain result.

I started DIY in order to tweak some vendor juices I didn't quite want to give up on. I continue because of the impending threat of government bans, and because look! now I have all this stuff! lol

Also, it impresses my DH when he finds me in full DIY gear in mad scientist mode babbling on about ratios and sig figs ;)

LOL! I hear ya...last time I diluted my 100 nic down to 36 my husband came into the room and saw me with all my Ball jars and gloves, syringes, etc and said "It looks like a .... lab in here!" Now I'm absolutely positive he has no idea what a .... lab looks like, but it did give me a chuckle ;)

1) for the savings
2) I got tired of getting juices I didn't like, which was most of them.
3) I can make whatever pg/vg nic combo I want
4) I know exactly what's in it, which to my amazement my fluxo's have lasted sooooo much longer. Very little gunk build up.

I've actually come to like Plain ole pg/vg/nic from RTS the best.... It has a nice flavor to it...
