Same here, I wont smoke a single cigarette at home and be quite happy with my vape, but at work I may bum one on my breaks.I have been vaping for almost 3 months now and still CRAVE analogs. I have been able to get down to about 3 a day but quit analogs. I've even got a SID and rda, cloud chasing and what-not. What can I do to kick the "stinkies"? Would kicking up the nic level help? I'm vaping 6mg with a 1.2ohm coil at like 12w. I'm ok when at the house, but on my breaks at work I still find myself bumming analogs. HOW DO I QUIT?!?!?
You quit with willpower. Realizing that your cravings must not be listened to, is the first step. Our brains are powerful machines, either to crave something we shouldnt want, or to overcome that craving.
The nic you are vaping is way different than the thousands of engineered chemicals you create while burning cig tobacco. Nicotine is only one chemical, and fact is, its not the only one thats addictive. Big tobacco has engineered the chemical profile during combustion to be as addictive as possible. Our cravings are no mistake.
But seriously, 6mg is super low. Try a 12mg liquid and see if that helps. I vape somewhere in between 12 and 18mg, and I still crave a smoke every once and a while.
