Why Did I Buy A Pack Today?

I've really been enjoying vaping but for some reason I felt compelled to buy a pack of analogs today. They totally taste like crap, but I smoked several of them anyway.

I'm 51 and have smoked since I was 15. That's a long time and I know there's a habit thing going on there, but I really am enjoying vaping. I was in a store buying a six pack of beer and when the guy asked me "is that it?" I immediately asked for a pack of smokes like it was reflex or something.

I really need to not do that. Vapor just tastes so much better. I went all day without a single analog before that. Didn't even miss them. Until then.

I guess this old dog just needs to unlearn old tricks.

Try not to worry about it, it's a tough habit to quit ......we all know that. When I first started vaping I would have the occasional analog, just to see if I was missing anything after a while I realized I really wasn't, if I feel like having one now....I just chain vape until it goes away. Probably was just a reflex.
