You can't use paypal to pay for pvs or juice or accessories. Any mention of ecig and they will close your acct.

Some suppliers can if they're located outside of the US, like Liberty Flights and Totally Wicked.

what a crock (edit) i was wondering why none of the juice suppliers took paypal. imagine all the cash they are losing!

Paypal should be boycotted they have a bunch of stupid rules and not just about e cigs..maybe another service will come along someday like Paypal that will allow you to purchase things that are legal without the stupid rules...
