Again, 70PG / 30VG would be considered thin juice, adding 10 drops of distilled water made it even thinner causing the leaking & flooding (gurgling, bubbling, boiling sound & juice in mouth)
Most folks use high VG juices in subohm tanks 60%vg or more.
It is always best to start off a new head at a lower power & work your way up to prevent scorching/burning the wicking material and allow it to 'break in'.
The tank you're using is more for direct lung hits/inhales, trying to mouth to lung inhale can cause problems.
Do you have the airflow closed off / reduced or is it near wide open?
Make sure the o rings / seals in place & un damaged, the head should be tight into the base, the base, tank & top should be snug enough to prevent leaks between the pieces, not crank it down tight.
To clear the flood - drain tank, remove head from base, blow the excess juice out of the head, dry airflow chamber, center tube/chimney/air tube & drip tip. Install head fill tank.
You can also try turning it upside down where the liquid level is below the wicking holes and pulse the fire button a few times to burn off excess juice.
The batteries you use are the most important piece/part of your set up, I do not know of any 3200mah batteries that have a sufficient 'amp rate' to properly and safely power your device.
If the chip isn't receiving the amps it requires it can not function correctly, it wouldn't be able to supply the power consistently or accurately.
The 5800mah should not be used at all for any vaping purpose.
Not trying to be rude or sound unhelpful but,
There really isn't much more anyone can help you with using the wrong unsafe batteries, liquids that are too thin for the heads you're using & unknown nic level.
High nic juice + subohm = harsh hits, some may describe it as peppery burnt taste.
First & foremost you need the correct batteries for safe & consistent operation.
