Try removing the nylon threads underneath the bridge of your atomizer. They will char after awhile and give you a harsh burnt taste. I remove these before using a fresh atty.

I haven't had that happen before. I think though it's because I soak my attys once in a while. I even dry burn and haven't had this happen. Sorry this happens to you!

The burnt taste from an atomizer comes from juice residue that has baked onto the coil and/or wicking strands over time.
This should not be an issue with a new atomizer.

These are the only things I can think of...
--You started using a thicker juice and it isn't wicking as well as you expect
--You got ahold of some LR atomizers instead of standard atomizers
--You started using a new mod that runs at higher voltage

This sounds to me like you are hitting a dry atomizer that isn't getting enough juice.

It tends to happen to my atomizers because I only vape at 6 volts using standard Joye 510 attys. If I get 2 weeks use out of my atomizer I'm happy, at higher voltages dry burning would just pop them.

Did you vape off the primer liquid before you started vaping with it? This is the primary cause for burnt taste.. Put TWO drops of juice and vape away, don't inhale, until the taste is gone. But, if you have used it a lot before this you'l have to do a lot of dry burning, to burn the original primer juice off. Primer juice is what the factories put on the atty's to keep them moist, but you must burn it off before using..
