Why does e-cig(dot)com have a bad reputation?

So upon my search for inexpensive ecig juice I ordered a liter from e-cig.com. Afterwards I thought to look up some reviews of the website as my order was taking a long time to come (hindsight), and there's really not a lot on it except that it's not liked. I'll agree their customer service is absolute crap, and I could understand if you ordered and something went genuinely wrong you'd have to end up filing a bank claim because the customer service is so bad, but I got my order and it's not the worst ecig oil I've ever had and I intend to order again once this runs out. Why is their reputation so bad?
