Why does my support ticket keep getting marked as resolved? (in progress)

I made my order on 6/30, it was shipped to my old address (which your system won't let me remove and keeps reverting back to multiple times throughout the checkout process) the package arrived at my old address July 5 where it was refused and since then is MIA. I have spent over 2 hrs on the phone with the USPS and made multiple trips to the 2 post offices that last showed on the tracking number.

Twice now my support ticket has been marked as resolved yet I still don't have my package. Your customer service has been less than stellar. Which really disappoints me as I have made many purchases and would like to continue to do so in the future. This whole thing has left a very bad taste in my mouth

I hope you guys can do something to help me out :(

"Less then stellar" *pout* kind of ruffles my feathers. Woody works hard and work fair. Sorry you're having issues but we can work this out with the right approach.

You have to understand how the system is worked within the programing. I'm sure max has been working to find the package for it to be marked.

As far as the wrong address. Go to "My account" 2nd link "View or change entries in my address book". Edit your box there. The billing address on the account and the billing address on the card used have to match. So if you have moved you may need to notify your cc company or the package will be sent to your last address. The system sent it to your last address for credit card safety? least this is my opinion.

As far as USPS we can see on our end if we can track it still however you have to tackle USPS if the package was not returned to tx as it should have. If we get it I'm sure it can be sent back out. 10 days so far for this. If USPS is doing thing right Danno should see the package soon (if not today). Now we have the weekend we all must wait to see this through..

Also I don't believe anyone has really tried to track down my package but me. I've been in daily contact with both the Allen park distribution center and the Ann Arbor post office (where my old address is) if somehow it ends up back in AA they are going to hold it for me.

I have gotten no where with the dist. Center, it's like the package just disappeared :(

There are 2 items in tat package that I have been dying to use, go figure it's that package that goes AWOL not one with drip tips or batteries lol

All good things to those that wait. I will tell Danno to be on the lookout but I believe (IF it arrives today) the drop off time is 4 PMish Sugar Land time...

That is not unusual with the USPS... I've had a few that didn't show movement and actually showed up at my door. Once you've contacted them about a package, there is little you can do to hurry the USPS along.

How the hell did you call it?!? lol
