I made my order on 6/30, it was shipped to my old address (which your system won't let me remove and keeps reverting back to multiple times throughout the checkout process) the package arrived at my old address July 5 where it was refused and since then is MIA. I have spent over 2 hrs on the phone with the USPS and made multiple trips to the 2 post offices that last showed on the tracking number.
Twice now my support ticket has been marked as resolved yet I still don't have my package. Your customer service has been less than stellar. Which really disappoints me as I have made many purchases and would like to continue to do so in the future. This whole thing has left a very bad taste in my mouth
I hope you guys can do something to help me out
