I drink about 8 cups of water a day. That's about 1.92 L a day. An average size glass is about 1.5 cups. I drink about 2 full glasses of water when I wake up the morning. ( That's 3 cups) Then I drink at least 1 cup at eat meal. ( That's 4.5) cups. I don't really drink anything but water. From a weight loss perspective there is no sense of putting empty calories in your system.

If you think about how very little e-liquid we use, it cant really explain the giant plumes of visible vapor we produce. When you vaporize PG and/or VG, the temperature difference causes water vapor in the air to condense just like your warm breath on a cold day. In fact, the cooler the ambient temperature, the longer the vapor will remain visible--try exhaling your vapor into a glass filled with ice!

Obviously some of the water vapor is coming from our mouth and lungs, so constant vaping will tend to make your mouth and throat get a bit dry which can lead to one of the two biggest "risks" of vaping: dry mouth. Drinking water generally takes care of this problem, but it doesn't help with the other risk: Along with a slight case of dry mouth, many vapers develop a serious case of ACTIVISM. ;)

with the "water in your drinks" stuff, you need to be careful. soda, tea and coffee all have water in them, but the caffeene acts as a diuretic. My rule of thumb is to drink twice as much water as caffenated bevrages. And since i drink a 2 liter at work most days, when i get home it's 2 liters of water. the other two being 1 liter before i leave and another liter throughout the day at work.

keep in mind that i work in a dry, dusty warehouse in Orlando, the middle of a freaking swamp so i'm always sweating. I'll also go through a 64 ounce bottle of haterade and then refill the bottle with water and kill that too...
