Why so impossible to get the GGTS

a few posts ago I saw a conversation about e-cigs and GG. If you read the first post of this thread you will understand many things about GG. even the mechanical e-cig is a GG invention

I have recently found out that other "brands" if you will, manufacture and distribute however GG develops, manufactures and distributes. Here let me explain.

Thats why pre-orders rule, COV site used to be crashed all the time when GG stuff went up, seems like its happening again.

Imeo, the maker was originally selling his Chi You for 160.00 dollars to people on another forum, then he gave it to the US vendor and they increased the price to 225.00 to buy one.
All I know is - Bruce and Vasillis would be very rich if they made 65.00 on each GGTS - ehehehehe
If I didnt have my sellers then I would sell cheaper Dspin. Thats why the cost of those mods is very expensive. You cant sell a mod like this at 160 euros when you dont have sellers. And you cant sell it at 225 if you have sellers. The profit is crazy here!

not trying to start anything here but I feel that your statement wasn't exactly accurate. Mojo released the unit at $169 US...according to mojo, he increased the cost of the unit due to the influx of demand, overhead, and marketing costs that is necessary for his US vendor to sell the Chi You Mod at $225.
I don't believe that the vendor is making the additional 56 dollars per mod. Mojo certainly didn't state that. The contract between the manufacturer and the vendor is theirs and theirs alone. Just as it is between Imeo and his vendors what the vendor cut is for his products.
IMHO this is basic business practices. Anytime a manufacturer starts out really small and needs to add on for the demand of the supply, costs are increased.
As for the vendor getting "his cut", every single vendor needs to get his cut. (if you knew what the grocery stores paid for their stock vs the amt that they sell it for...oiey vey!"
Some manufacturers decide not to have a vendor and they keep the total cost of the product. They also can't make as much product either.

Maybe the only one that decrease the cost is me Jojo. GGTS was at 220 then went to 200 then 180 and now 160. The more the demand, the lower my selling prices. Thats how I see it.
If you sell a lot then you have to decrease the cost so more people will be able to buy the product. I dont like the practice of increasing the cost as the demand goes higher

People are afraid that their product will not sell well after some time, so they try to collect money ASAP. But if all people were trying to make always a better product then we would live in a better world my dear and cheaper too!

imeo, many times people start up a business and under-estimate the costs. In the US, most businesses that start up don't last more than 5 years. Adjustments have to be made. Hopefully, new businesses work out the kinks and they can get to a balance.
I have just started to convert over from my beloved provari to mechanical mods. I personally, have had the pleasure of obtaining a caravela and a chi-you mod. I was looking for the bottom button mods...I have since then purchased a ggts stealth.
love the stealth!!! I also have to say that both the other two mods are of stellar quality! nothing cheaply made in any way, shape, or form.
I don't question the reason why a manufacturer charges what they charge. If they have to charge it and I want it, I get it...if I make a mistake, that is on me. I would rather pay the manufacturer for their hard work than double pay for classy of course. I respect everyones talents. (And yes, I have "overpaid" on numerous occasion...I just don't go back to the manufacturer if I find it is not worth it. JMHO)

I believe that you mustnt take advantage of the market. Market is people and people need to be taken care off. If I am not a businessman thinking that way, then I am not. At least I sleep well at nights.

hmmm...not taking advantage, in general, is just a matter of morals and ethics and that happens in general life and in general relationships as well as in business.

Maybe I am different Jojo, thats why I cant or I dont want to understand what is really happening. But what is happening is a result of our behavior if you agree. We make our world. So if we make it like how it is today, then we cant complain about it yes?

I didnt know that your last experession exists on USA culture my dear. We too have it here and its exactly the point!

how could I forget...I used to use cartos sometimes attys, then I went to cartos and tanks then I went to penny and she was great but still had the cartos and tanks...then it happened...I was involved in a trade on the classys and I was offered the GG Iatty...Lord have mercy...I went into panick...everyone said "nope Imeo is not ever producing the iatty again"
That's when I started my quest on the classys for the iatty...
I have since gotten rid of all my cartos and tanks, all my atty's and I am an Iatty exclusive girl...
