It's not a URL--it's a link to my post above. :D

Anyway, I've been dealing with Liberty Flights for almost two years and they are very good. And since they are in San Diego, I get my orders within 24 hours. Can't beat that!

Good luck and don't forget the 20% off button!

Thank you for the help! I'm going to order first thing in the morning.

Where is the cheapest place atm for the 650 batts, a charger, and a site that has good clearos if anyone knows?

DV is best price I've seen... $23 for the twist... I know he has AMAZING clearos, and super cheap and a whole slew of em. He has a charger too. And you can use paypal to pay. ;) Eric is a killer vendor, too. He backs up his products, cares that the client is happy... generally amazing vendor to deal with. Best Ive run into in close to 3 years.

I agree. And they ship first class, so that's just 2 bucks or so. Very reasonable.

BTW, I love my Twists. They work as advertised and the 650 mAh size is perfect for me.

Very nice. I'll end up paying about 8 bux more after figuring in tax. But it's good to support the locals like that. Especially for such a targeted market place. I've been giving out cards as often as I can for our store here in Orlando and think that everyone should do the same if they've got a decent local store.

Side note ... thoughts on the -C atties ... should I go back to the SR, or stick with the LR?

Well, the beauty of a true vv device is that you can safely use your LR atties on a lower setting. I have both the LR and SR eGo-C atomizers and I generally prefer the the SR. So my advice would be to use up what you have and then switch to the SR. Anyway, that's what I'm going to do. :)

And yes, I'm all for supporting your local businesses. I like Liberty Flights and I like the brick and mortar store we have in Laguna Beach. Good people--knowledgeable and helpful.

The one and only problem I have with my silver twist is the markings are white, so very hard to see. They're there,, you just gotta look for em. Other than that,, this thing is THE BOMB! I've discovered flavors I didn't know I had!! I ordered mine from MVS late Monday night and got it yesterday. And MVS has the blue one, if anyone wants that one... I do, and that's gonna be my next purchase. Oh yeah, I also got a cone for it.(it doesn't come with a cone eGo Cone Shape Cover
and this thread cover for DCTs eGo Cone Cover for DCTank

Try the 2.2 (SR) first. I think they give you a larger range of adjustment and you can dial in taste more precisely. 1.8 (LR) work ok too, but they're a bit harder to hit the exact sweet spot.

You're gonna love the blue one. I got mine from MVS also (along with the blue C type 2 atty body and the blue cartridges). Very classy looking and much more striking than black or stainless.

Here you go~
Joye eGo-C Twist Variable Voltage 1000mAh Battery

They offer black, stainless and blue on 1000, they also have 650 mah not sure of colors because I didn't check :) bnrk

Nice. The blue does look nice. And while I'm still using the stock -C cones, I think a black cone on a blue battery would look good. I'm headed out in a bit to the vape store in Orlando to get a 650mah, but all he has are black and SS. But I want it *today*! :) So I will get black for now. But I just know I will be getting a second one at some point, so I will probably order blue online. Tho I will ask him if he has any plans to carry other colors, since I really do like patronizing a local vendor that isn't a mall kiosk with outrageous prices.

K.. I desperately need some help here. I'm working with a sizable number (say 5-10) of people who want to buy their first starter kit and get rolling vaping, like right now.. next day or so. Up till now, I've recommended a 900-1100mah ego kit, but I'd also love to give them the option of an ego twist kit. I'm in a time crunch.. have to give them some links right now to some kits.. they're all waiting. BUT have been searching for about an hour for twist kit, and have yet to find any. I've found stand alone single units, but no kit. I too, think its a game changer. I just think it'll extend the time that they're satisfied with that ego kit, without having to upgrade in first few mos. Not all vapers do that, but a big portion of them do, as I've seen from getting previous friends rolling with vaping gear.

So... can anyone send me or leave me a link to good value ego twist kits you've seen? Open to regular 900-1100 mah ego kits as well at a good value. I'm talking advantage of the hunting you guys have already done just cause I need to get them some links asap. I'm freaked they're all gonna go sign up for the 'free starter kit' online... bad bad. Thanks so much, anyone who can help! And sorry to hijack asking for links... there may be some in here already, I just haven't gone thru all the pages yet. Will though. Feel free to pm em to me, as well. I'll subscribe here, though. Thanks so much!

I don't know if anyone has answered this yet. I'm still in the middle of reading the thread. But, since this is the only place I know of that has a Twist kit, I thought I'ld through this out there now before I forget. Actually, Health Cabin had a Twist kit on sale a few weeks ago for only $43.00! But, I was way too broke to spend $16.00 for shipping from China!

I have to stop shopping late at night. I ordered a blue Ego Twist from My Vapor Store at about 2:00 A.M. this morning. I have a Volt X2 and Vapor 4Life Ego clone but they're not variable. Probably my favorite set up right now is Smoketech tanks on my 808D1's from Vapor 4 Life. They hit at about 4.2 volts. So will, I notice a difference with the Twist? After checking out the kit at NHaler this morning, I'm still happy that I purchased from My Vapor Store. I only got one twist but I got a tank set up for it and two CE4's and a charger for less than the price of the NHaler kit and I got blue!

I'm not understanding the part of your post that I bolded. I will confess ignorance about the operating voltage of a typical 808, but 4.2 volts sounds high. Same with an eGo clone; Joyetech eGo-(x) batteries are a nominal 3.4 volts, although it's my understanding that they use pulse width modulation that enables them to power attachments at "effective" voltages that are higher than their nominal 3.4 volts would seem to indicate. I believe that is why my Joyetech eGo batteries outperform my e-Powers.

You will notice a difference with the Twist if you happen to use atomizers that require more voltage to produce the optimum wattage on a particular coil or coils than either your 808 or eGo clone battery can provide. And as you probably realize, variable voltage will allow you to find the "goldilocks zone" of wattage regardless of the resistance of the coil or coils, within the amp rating of the particular (A)PV - in this case, the Twist.

I believe its amp rating is around 2.5, meaning that you can power, for example, single coils between 2.0 and 3.0 ohms, which is what I would recommend, and keep the amp draw between maybe 2.3 and 1.6 respectively. The 3.0 ohm coil will give you better battery life because of the lower amp draw.

Keep shopping late at night; the Twist is about to give you a better vape than you have likely ever had.

Smok-tech dct's are about the same diameter as the twist (or any eGo)
Are you talking about the EMDCC (eGo mega dual coil carto) on right in pink? I love them!

I just ordered my second Twist. I love this thing THAT much! Might even get a couple more, cuz you can't beat that price!

Yeah, I ordered my 2nd today from MVS. They were one of the only places I could find online that had it in blue. And I've ordered from them in the past so once I had my paycheck in the bank, was a no brainer. :) I grow weary of having to switch back to a regular eGo-C battery towards the end of my evening.
