I wonder why vaping feels so weak compared to cigarettes
I dont feel at all the nicotine buzz
I use 0.5 ohm coils , 6mg nicotone with Kanger Mini at 15 watts
I vaped 1 10 ml bottle of nicotine in around 3 hours. I didnt feel ANYTHING ...
W_T_F is going on ?

Ps: i tested one LM blue light ciggar(0.5 mg nicotine) with a cup of caffe and the nicotine hit felt almost intoxicating ... I am starting to think is not only the nicotine who makes ciggars what they are ...addictive and awsome

Along with a difference in additional compounds(tobacco cigarettes contain much more than nicotine) there is a difference in the delivery mechanism. Smoking a cigarette is a faster hit to the brain, vaping takes a while to bring your nicotine level up in your blood.

There are actually some really good stickies about this and other subjects in the new members' forum.

Perhaps you would like the Juul. It is supposed to be about the closest thing to a real cigarette in the vape world (from what I've read). Not just in taste and throat feel, but also has a different type of nicotine that works faster.
I read through your other threads and I hope you can find the patience to get a setup that works for you. It took me a few devices before I found what I felt was perfect for me. Everyone is different.
Also there are juices you can buy called WTA that have more than just nicotine and some on this forum have found that they need that to successfully switch.
Truth is I don't know a ton about the juul or WTAs but there are alot of people here that can give advice about them. Just give us a chance to help.

for starters, with .5 ohm coil in kanger, i usually vape at around 30-35 watts
if "awesome"=ruins your health, makes you smell like an ashtray then why, yes, yes they are
there are TONS of 'extra' chemicals in cigarettes to increase the addiction factor - but, much like intravenous drug use, probably a terrible idea...

Your NOT suppose to feel anything per say, but your body gets the nicotine it craves so that smoking is not needed. I enjoy the vaping experience. Not sure what you personally intend to get from vaping, but if you want to stop smoking cigarettes than vaping can and does help. This nicotine high you keep talking about is not from nicotine.

I find if I up the nic, I get a buzz that takes the form of jitters accompanied by increased throat hit.

I am starting to think is not only the nicotine who makes ciggars what they are ...addictive and awsome
From an ex 40yrs of smoking cigars exclusively and having a distinct smell linger in my cloths, I'll take vaping any day.

Got 29g kanthal, 9 wraps, 2.5 mm inner diameter, 2.2ohm coil in my Kayfun vaping at 5.4v, 24mg nicotine D.I.Y juice composed of 85% VG 15% flavouring. Choc Fudge Brownie + Coconut (< in equal amounts) + Vanilla Custard. I should emphasize there is no added sweetener. Hits better than a cigarette all day long. I could use any flavour which would be much tastier for this setup, seems everyone wants something which tastes great !. This stuff is rough. Originally i tried to make something which would taste like a bounty bar, (just plain chocolate and coconut) and as i didn't have any sweetener i used some Vanilla Custard instead, just to reduce the bitterness of the chocolate. What i ended up with, which is something i've been using for weeks, is a flavour that isn't very nice at all, I love it first thing in the morning, after meals, all those times i would normally enjoy a cigarette the most, and it works really well. This flavour is particularly dry tasting, the Coconut combined with the Choc Fudge Brownie seem to cancel each other out and i can't taste the Vanilla Custard at all. So it kind of tastes neutral, if that makes sense. If it had sweetener it would be a whole different story. It's the best flavour i've come up with which replaces the foul taste of burning tobacco. Just like tobacco it makes my mouth and throat dry, dryer by miles than any other flavours i've tried. Very satisfying indeed !.

I can definitely get a very sick feeling off it. It takes a while to build up, but can creep up on you. More like eating something than the immediacy of smoking. There was a study which demonstrated that only experienced vapers could even approach the peak nicotine level of smoking, and it took longer, but was more sustained.

To me, it's not as good an effect either as smoking. Main reason I'm reducing nic now is because it wasn't as satisfying as smoking when I did and it isn't now that I'm not smoking either. I wonder if cigs would be better if they could reduce the pure nicotine and leave the rest? ;) ... As it is, I still like vaping more. I think it's evidence in favor of vaping that people can quit a more addictive formulation just because vaping's enjoyable in other ways. This says it's not a "drug" effect that's causing the preference over whole tobacco, in fact the opposite, so there is little or no justification of government intervention to protect people from themselves.

Might be the nic level in your juice...

I'd agree with this. I'm not sure I would have been able to stop smoking with vaping if I had started with 6mg e-liquid. I started using 24mg and 18mg, (low power devices with single coil simple tanks) now, almost 3 years in, I am using 12mg.

I know using 6 and 3mg e-liquid is more of the trend these days with higher power devices, but you may well find that starting at a higher nicotine level will help more in the shorter term.

As others have said, your nicotine absorption will be much different with vaping, and a lot of it is just getting used to how much e-liquid to use to get you the nicotine you need to stop wanting to smoke - so don't be worried what everyone else does or recommends, up it if you feel the need.

I will say that in my opinion 10mls in 3 hours is quite a lot. If you increase the level, you will probably find you will get more of a nic hit (although nothing like that in a cigarette) and ultimately vape less.

Funny, Not only do I love my Ego One, but we have had polar opposite experiences across the board! If anything, Nicotine through vaping has knocked me on my .... with the nicotine buzz. If anything smoking never delivered a nicotine high that made me jittery (like 4 or 5 cups of coffee) and kept me from sleeping... NEVER!

Also, I'm curious how you can get any substantial vapor with the 0.5 ohm coil at 15 watts? I can't get anything at that wattage using the 0.5 ohm. 15 watts is my sweet spot for the 1.5 ohm coil! When I'm using the 0.5 ohm, I usually vape between 30 to 35 watts depending I the juice! I just don't understand or know what to tell you.

I could be wrong so take my theory with a grain of salt...

I think you may have a defective Subtank or Kbox Mini.

I understand everyone is different, but that's my experience.
