Why we love V4L.

I did a quick search and did not find a topic quite like this one. I figured I would start one so people could post the reason why V4L is a company worth recommending.

Well I just got my starter kit today and got a great surprise. I wanted to try out VG cartos and saw they had a great deal on their starter kits for $50. So I figured what the heck, gives me two more batteries a case and I can try the cartos for a pretty nice price. Win win right?

Well as I am going through the check out I don't see my carto flavor as selectable 555-vg. I may have over looked it but I did not see it. So I went with a menthol mix instead. However, I did put in the comments that i wanted the 555s. Three days later I get my kit and what do ya know, a box of 555-vg cartos was there waiting for me along with a sampler pack, not the menthol more like a random mix, but hey I can't really complain. The fact that my cartos of choice were included to spite the fact that they were not what was selected in the default options(if they were selectable) says a lot about V4L.

I am a loyal customer because when I was trying to set my son up (as a surprise) he called to say he was coming to St. Cloud early! Steve broke the record for sending a shipment and the speed of light getting my son's order to my house..it was the nicest thing a supplier had ever done for me. I never forget a kindness and so here I am!
I also love that the staff and Steve talk to us on the forum..and not just to promote products. It makes it feel like we really are friends and family.

I think a lot of companies could learn from V4L customer service. They have been very supportive to say the least. My starter kit never arrived after a month. They resent it even though it is suspected customs has it, but it could also have gotten lost in the post. They stuck to their word and have just earned a loyal customer because of it. Good job my other orders arrived though or I would still be waiting to find out what all the hype is about!

I just dropped another 100 bucks there to get some more batteries, a usb charger, and some more cartos. I have been impressed twice by this company and might as well take advantage of their sale.

Companies like this are not only great for us as consumers, but they are needed for the industry as a whole to help it have a solid founding. Reputable companies also will help us against the FDA in that they will not sell to minors and will enforce their own quality control over their products and have it be real control. Industry enforced control like this that happens before laws are put into place will be a great help.

(Sorry heh I do not want to see the FDA ruin this industry that is helping so many people improve their lives, and we need every single pro point we can get out hand on(singular since one hand is holding our e-cigs))

These guys are not just out there to get your money and run. They stand behind the product and do not put it out for sale unless they are personally satisfied with its performance. Yes, you might run into a defective item, but it is handled professionally and replaced FAST!

I have explored other vendors and they can not compare to V4L's Customer Service or over all quality of hardware and Juice/Cartoz.

IMHO, they can be often imitated but never duplicated.

eg. Defective stealth bat, and replacement as well = let me come in shop, they replaced them with new battery & handfull of bonus cartoz... What more can I ask for? NOTHING!

Once you go V4L, and experience the friendly service and honesty... you will not want to deal with anyone else.

I've been using these guys almost exclusively for a year now. They have a great selection of flavors and an excelent product. I have had some issues with the less popular flavors arriving a little dry, but if I were to take the time to complain, I'm sure they would be more than happy to replace them. Another feature that I make frequent use of is the live chat support on their website. They're always helpful and don't mind chatting a little about ecigs in general. Tim is super cool.

I also had a great experience with V4L, I ordered my first kit, and the cart I wanted to try was only available in 36 mg, I had no clue on mg at the time but after I ordered I told a friend about it he said 36 mg would be way to strong for me (a half pack a day smoker) so I immediately contacted Tim on live chat explained my issue he suggested a different flavor based on my normal smoke, also explained how the levels of nic corresponded to smoking habits, as well as what the different types of carts were all about, and I was overjoyed to find not one but two boxes of the 11mg WOW Cowboy Menthol in my package along with a few samples of other flavors. I ordered more supplies a few days later both orders came two days after I ordered them dispite the fact that the orders were coming from half way across the country. Awsome Service Guys!!!

Was at a bowling alley last night, now the owner already said yes vaping was fine, but that did not stop a customer from coming up and trying to yell at me for smoking in the alley. I explained to her what I was really doing and handed her a card. She walked away seeming unconvinced and started playing with her phone. A little while later she gave me back the card and said she was sorry for yelling at me before. She even thanked me because she now understood what I was doing and would be recommending this to smokers she knew. With out those cards(admittedly not unique to V4L, but they have the best phrasing on their cards I think) she probably would have though I was just full of it.

That's a great story, and you handled that potential PITA very well. I love a vaping story with a happy ending!

They were my first choice but after exploring ecigs for weeks before ordering. One strong point in their favor was this forum and the contributors/customers. THEY believed in the product and that was good enough for me! I pitched the ecig that seemed to have the most "buzz" and went with V4L, which had the strongest contingency and (dare I say it?) most love from their consumer base (almost a FAN base, to be accurate!) :) I have had prompt resolution to a couple of problems I've had - neither of which was their fault - but they made good on them anyway! I am so firmly a believer in V4L that I bought enough stuff to set up a couple of family members and now THEY are sold on the company, too!!
