What wire and wick is the best? Anyone can share?

That depends on lots of factors. How many watts / what resistance do you vape? Do you use temperature control?

I personally use kanthal or stainless steel, 24-26 gauge, so between those four options I can usually wrap the right coil for the atomizer. For wick, I have a big bag of muji cotton squares that will last me forever.

Rayon Wicks are very good for flavor but they are very different than wicking cotton. I've been tinkering with it and have been getting some very good results. From my experience stainless steel coils are best.
