OK, great. Thanks for the info. Given that it is a "cheap line" do you think it will work with a cotton gauze wick as opposed to the SS wicks its being packaged with?It is just the cheap line. If you look at the thread, he's all over it. I give him kudos though, it's about time someone made an affordable rebuildable available in the states. Now we just have to see how his supply keeps up with the demand. The unavailability of this type of stuff plagues the e-cig industry more so than any other.
If you read the cheap line thread you will see I made many and also have several regular lines. The problem with a gauze wick is getting it in the hole and after, keeping it from shredding inside. The lines do not come apart for cleaning. I am building a new cheap line that will come apart so I can try gauze on it.OK, great. Thanks for the info. IMO the line cheap or regular is the best, saying that if someone finds a better wick I want to try..Fantastic, thanks for the answer. Not to derail this thread more than I already have, could you recommend a rebuildable suitable for a noob starting out? Not really looking to tear apart and rebuild a stardust or CE2, rather looking for a purpose built that could easily accept the cotton wicks, and that would work well on a provari.
Thanks again!
I ordered these today and going to see how easy they are to change the coil and wicks. E1 Clearomizer - ReVive - v2 eGo CE5+ Rebuildable Clearomizer
It's a pretty wick! Did you roll it yourself or did it come that way? My bamboo is thin strands and I'm too lazy to braid or twist lol
That was a thick yarn, I use thin yarn about 1mm and use it as is, no twisting or brading.

Thanks for the heads up rockinrobbie do you know if the coil on the revive is removeable i should of ask you before i wasted my money on these quess ill buy a vivi nova then they look easy to rebuild.I just got mine and they are NOT very rebuildable friendly (though not impossible). The vivi nova beats it for rebuildability but I have to say they perform extremely well out of the box.
(FYI, I'm talking about the revive.)
