You can remove the filler ring and just drip along the side or use a syringe along the side. The card may be referring to the smaller ones, the XL's hold 1.8 ml. From my experience, these last WAY more than 4 refills, I've filled mine 20+ times. They are done when the coil either breaks or stops working. No telling how long really.
Yes, you can clean them. Simply rinse in hot water for a minute and then do a dry burn (at your own risk with the Clearomizers) it has been done by others but you need to be careful with how hot you allow the coil to get. The plastic is likely to melt if it gets too hot. The dry burn will restore taste and remove the burnt gunk from the coil.
Hope this helps.

Awesome and thanks so much for the info as it helps a lot. If they can be refilled that many times I will be buying quite a few of these. I hate the messes with filling a cart, dripping all the time is a bit of a pain. Stupid me didn't though didn't order a syringe to fill and why I was asking, but I may run out today to our local feed store and grab one. I think that I am going to run hot water through all of them and then just allow them all to air dry. I don't want to break them by over dry burning them.

The one I have currently going can't seem to get the primer taste off of it so I am going to clean it as well.

Shell...if dry burning doesn't remove the primer taste, soak for a couple hours in white vinegar. The acid in the vinegar will remove the primer. Rinse really well and try again.

Also, don't use anything in them that contains cinnamon. Someone on another thread said that atomic cinnacide and cinna-bomb ate through the plastic tubing.

Ok I will open them all up and get them to soaking. We have vinegar around here thank goodness.

Kat vapes the fire and ice from vapor bomb. I told her that she can't put that in these. Other than that I have apple pie sitting in one and its fine. I don't do the really high cinnamon flavors, but will have to remember that for the future. The only type I would have that would be cooling would be the menthol types. Hope those work ok. :)

How do I get the filler ring out? I don't want to break it, but I want to be able to open it up to clean old juices out of them. My little paper clip isn't liking that filler seal. lol

You need something a tad stronger with a 90 degree bend at the end. Many people take apart a Binder clip and use it.

Ok I found one of my small binder clips. Broke the ceramic ring on the one that I had the apple pie in, but its just a little piece and I think it will still seal ok with the ring back in there. I now have the hang of it and know where to stick the clip with the right amount of pressure so that it doesn't do that again. I got the other 4 pulled apart with no trouble and they will all be soaking until 12:30, then go for a hot water bath, then air out until tomorrow. :)

Again, I really hope these work well for me as I think that its a pain to have to drip, and refill carts.

I am wondering which ones (voltage) I will want to order when I get an infinity next month?

I think what you will find is that once you remove the seal the first time, it is easier to remove after. Also, the head of a drywall screw is perfect for pushing the seal/seals back in.

Awesome and thanks. What is funny is I have those around here.

Do you use anything else besides these?

Actually I do. I use a Dentek Dental Brush to gently clean the wick/coil at every refill.

It breaks up the built up "gunk" and tends to give me an extra refill or two before the cartomizer needs to be dry burned.

You can take the tube out completely. It's totally removable. I also cut the wick to be separate strands so that they can wick as individuals and not as a closed loop. Here are some pics.

Just like on Storms mod...when you have it connected to the battery, you slowly pull and it will come out past the rubber o-ring and then you can pull the entire tube out and clean the strands of wick and try them or dab them in paper towel. You can definitely reuse these more than 4 times.
