Will I become fanatical as well?

One oversized tackle box, a large tool box, a dozen smaller compartmented boxes. It's a never ending challenge to get and keep things organized.

I've recently (maybe 6 weeks ago) realized I really do have to quit buying juice for a while though. I understand its shelf life is two years when stored in a cool dark place. Already have more on hand than I can consume in that time period. Stop already, with the perishables at least, LOL.

I designated a whole shelf in my closet for juices....half is for already steeped...and the other half for still needs steeped. Everytime I get new carto's, my hubby laughs at me for being a kid in the candy closet looking for a steeped one to try again.

My 19 yr old daughter switched over to vaping with us... we just got our kits today she took off with two of my flavors one of which I haven't had the chance to try yet . I have a feeling we will be trying many many flavors.

As I vape on my German Chocolate Mint

A co-worker does that to me...but I do it back...LOL.

When I smoked I liked to try all kinds of imported analogs. I also smoked pipe so I collected pipes and all kinds of tobacco. I also smoked the occasional cigar, so there was that. The point is, smoking was more than an addiction, it was a hobby. Now I have a better hobby. up to this point I only have the 510 and a few juices. But I have only been vaping for a little over a month. I know for a fact that at the end of this year I will have a multitude of PV's and flavors. This is something I look forward to. I like new toys.

I figure I spent $168 a month on analogs. If I spend $100 a month on vaping I am still ahead. So that is the limit I have set. But lets face it, that is a high limit for vaping toys and juice. I will probably spend less than that on average over the year. I am looking at the long run.

I think it is okay that you go a little crazy at first. It's good to get to know what you like. If I hadn't invested in another PV I would never have stuck with it. And my search is not over. I think the search is half the fun. And I think it is important to get out of this analog trap.

I am trying to replace a lifestyle. A lifestyle that I enjoyed. I think you have to ask yourself what you are trying to do. Are you trying to quit nicotine or are you trying to quit analogs. Both can be done with e-cgs but you should have a clear idea of what you are trying to do. I have tried quitting so many times that I give up. I am no longer trying to quite. I am trying to be smarter about it, ya know?

Depends on your personality. For me, I am borderline obsessive. If I'm interested in something, I want to learn as much as I can and get the best experience out of it. This definitely applies to how I vape. I'm the same way with my cars, computers, and technology in general.

As far as vaping, I'm not looking to collect mods; If I have one good, solid PV that I can use and rely upon every day, I'm happy. I do try lots of juices and attys/carts, but this is because I'm looking for the best and most consistent hits... I want the best!

Like many other things, the vaping world is always changing and evolving. Companies are always seeking to satisfy vaping enthusiasts with the best equipment and juice. Because of this, theres almost always something I'm researching or purchasing to try.

Hope I didnt get too philosophical... haha. Bottom line, vaping is a hobby that I enjoy. It also allows me to NOT smoke a pack of Marlboro Menthols a day... and I get to accessorize like a boss : D

While it's true that I have backups for my backups that are backups for their backups, I don't think I'm too obsessive over vaping. While it's true that I slowly and surely purchase new to me mods and dream of purchasing all the mods, I don't think I'm obsessive. While it's true that I spend all my laptop time reading the eCig forums and filling my shopping wish lists, I don't think I'm being obssesive. My family, on the other hand, thinks differently. Perhaps it's the person's perspective. I'll trade 4 family members for a good Vv Ali'i.... any takers???

Hi, my name is Chloe, and I'm a juice addict. Ha! When I started reading these forums, I thought everyone was a bit fanatical, to say the least. That won't be me, I said. I got a Bloog Maxx Fusion, ultimate starter kit. Plus extra blank cartomizers. Then I needed juice, ordered tons, didn't like many, ordered more from other vendors, loved MANY, worried about running out of those, ordered big bottles, found out about the GoGo, ordered that, found out batteries actually die! Who knew? So, had to order backups, and chargers in case those go bad, too. Then I found out what juices I really, really love, and had to try more of that type from other vendors. I have ten more flavors on the way right now. Now I need more cartos to try those, etc., etc., etc.

My brother and sister-in-law live with me, and are really glad I quit smoking, but they can see I'm getting out of hand with this! I probably won't break even for a year, and I was a very heavy smoker. I gotta stop buying stuff, aaagh! I'm now justifying it by saying it might be banned, and I need to plan ahead and stock up. That's what I'm telling them, anyway! At least I'm happy with the gear I have, but I am getting close to a hundred juices. Good grief, I say. Yes, we probably need a support group, but hey, this is what addicts do. At least this is much healthier, and way more fun. I know I sure feel a lot better!

This sounds like me but I missed out on the Bloog and turned to the Riva. And now have 2 GoGos which I'm in love with. For a reason I can't understand, I'm now looking at the IGo - maybe because it's slimmer than the GoGo? and I can't stop ordering juice because I need to find the best and most perfect ones for me. Nice to have company on my journey. lol

Sadly, I found out that egos come in 10 colors, and I oddly feel the need to have one in each color. I didn't even realize how girly I am until I decided I needed all the colors to coordinate with my outfits! I also can't stop buying juice. I know I have enough to last for several weeks, but every couple of days, I can't fight the urge to get more. I want to try every flavor from every supplier. I don't know why. It's become an obsession that analogs never caused. That's ok, though. Everyone needs a hobby, and vaping is saving my life (plus, I am having a blast with all the yummy flavors - hoping I'll lose weight, because who needs to eat when you can vape?). I'm sure it will die down for me in a month or two, when it's not so new. But, who knows? I think most people become a little fanatical at first. It's new and fun! I say enjoy it!

Well, I am three months into vaping with a 510 and an ego-T. I enjoy them both for different reasons but I have to fight the urge every day that I get on this forum, which is every day, to not purchase the latest and greatest PV and accessory. So far I have succeeded but I know that it is only a matter of time.........

You don't have to. Theres an initial period of finding the right PV, finding juices for a rotation you like, and getting all the consumables stocked up.

I have three batteries, about 100ml of juice, 20 cartomizers, a charger, and thats all I want or need. I'll replace em as I go along, but thats really all I require. Anything else I get will be for vaping as a hobby.
