Will the "ReadyXwick" (ceramic) work in Kanger Subtanks? If so do you have a build recommendation

Hi,
I primarily use a full size Kanger Subtank, a Mini Kanger Subtank and a kayfun Lite. Loaded with a variety of DIY fruit & cinnamon juices. I do a 80% VG juice and am wondering if the ceramic wick will work. It's pretty thick stuff but I'd be willing to cut it if I can get the great taste that the ceramic wick is supposed to deliver.
Does anyone have experience or tips to share? Info on good builds, coil sizes, wick diameters and manufacturers would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks in advance.
