When I use the pos I have now I get tons of juice coming out of the cart..will this happen with my eGo or is this just a normal thing?

I used to get juice in my mouth all the time with a mini I had with automatic batteries. I have an ego and I rarely get juice in my mouth.
I have been using a Riva ( like the Ego ) for almost 6 months and very seldom get a mouthful of juice--usually only if I way overfill.
I have that issue on my eGo only when I'm using the tanks and that's usually because I flood the atty while mindlessly priming OR hold it vertical for an elongated period of time. Never had the issue really with the regular atty.

Leaking is just a fact of life when dealing with carts. It doesn't matter if it's a POS or an eGo. When you overfill them, they leak. Just like dirty diapers...

Well I'm using the prefilled carts that came with it......it's a Pure Smoke ( puresmokeonline.com )
Best thing I've found to use on an eGo is the Ikenvape Mega LR 510 cartomizer. Holds 45-50 drops when you fill it the first time, runs for a long time between refills, makes plenty of vapor. The draw is a little stiff though, especially if the cone is a tight fit over the carto. You can trim a little off the small end with a file and that will help.
Fill a couple of spares and you're set for the day. I've never gotten juice in the mouth with them.

Leaks depend on the ecig design, the amount to fill (or overfill), how much stuffing is in the cart, viscosity of the juice, and temperature.
When you fill the cart, suck up and liquid that pools on top using the bottle as a syringe. Turn the bottle right side up and squeeze it to create a vacuum, then suck up the excess.
The cart filler should fit snugly in the cart. If it's loose you will get leakage. If it's too tight, you will get dry and harsh vapor from atomizer starvation.
The more VG content, the thicker the liquid will be. Thin (all PG) liquids leak worse than thicker liquids.
Body heat can lead to leaks. If you put it in a pocket, find one that's looser. Mouthpiece down will allow leakage to go into the tip. Mouthpiece up will allow leakage into the atomizer area. You do have to clean the mouthpiece periodically with a rolled up paper towel (or remove the filler and wash out the plastic tip). You can remove the part with the hole in it and the secondary insert using a paper clip. Then you can clean down to the bottom.
Buy the Tank atomizer for your Ego. The tank leaks much less than carts. If you encounter a leaking tank, it's usually thin juice or a bad pierce when you insert it. Change tanks if this happens. Tanks like 70/30 down to 50/50 pg/vg. All PG will flood the atty, especially just before the tank runs out.
