I am still relatively new to the whole vaping scene. Quit smoking cold turkey the day my ego and protank arrived in the mail. In a short month ive moved up to a Vamo v3, Legacy mech, Nimbus rda, and Genesis AGA T2. This has kind of become a hobby for me now, and I don't think ill ever quit vaping. How about the rest of you? Is their life without vape now?

Honestly, I don't know. I currently have no plan at all to change anything about my vaping habit. I'm not even considering nicotine reduction.

I used to think I'd probably stop some day... now, since I'm in to it three + years and my Dr keeps telling me how much better my lung function, blood pressure, and oxygen levels are than they used to be, I might be doing significantly less damage to myself than I was while I was smoking... and it comes down to the fact that I like vaping. I enjoy it. Pursuit of happiness and all that, you know?

Only if they start to get really expensive. Really right now my cravings are gone! Im doing it purely cause I want to and not that I have to. If Im out and about I rarely even think about it but at home its a different story.

It makes going out so much enjoyable cause I don't have to worry about getting my next nic fix. And I have been using 12 mg nic for the last 7 months.

Perhaps....maybe when the reports come out that vaping gives you Hepatitis V or more susceptible to bubonic plague or something...until then...probably not...I like it too much and DON'T want to go back to analogs (I feel so much better, smell so much better, can taste my food, no longer have wierd chest pains (yeah carbon monoxide more than likely can cause "acute angina" and make you feel like you're having a heart attack...yadda yadda)

Even if I manage to get down to zero nic, vaping takes care of the Habit of smoking for me. I developed that habit for over 30 years. I can't see me ever breaking that one. The only way I can see me not vaping is if the choice is taken from me. At that point I will probably go back to smoking.

The act itself is calming in times of stress, I can walk away from a problem and vape while mulling over the problem and usually come back to the problem with a solution. It's my time out to just chill and recharge. ;)

I started vaping to quit smoking. 5 years of personal research told me that I was smoking to control depression and anxiety. With about the same severity side-effects as a prescription, although obviously different. I have slowly lowered my nic down to around 4-6 mg and when I go lower, I get the anxiety and depression, so I only lower occasionally to see how I'm doing.
Side effects of vaping:
Breathing easier
More energy
Increased joint flexibility
Decrease in general body odor
Elimination of the lingering tobacco odor
A more temporary increase in blood pressure (goes away after 20 min instead of after 2 days)
Evidence of less susceptibility to breathing infections...
So...
If I ever get to 0 nic without adverse side effects, MAYBY. Otherwise, I don't see a need to stop what I enjoy.

Ive been lowing nic as of recently
I still have some 18mg but I have 12mg in the mix
maybe Ill get enough to last 6 month's

I don't know what things will look like after the fda
if it is really bad (online liquid ban/super high tax)

Ill quit after that but if its not terrible expensive Ill shoot for 6mg
Maybe for another 6 months then maybe something lower to a 0 mg for another 6 then done

This is my 100th post Yay meeeee.

Back to the question, I am not sure, if you want an answer now, I would say no because every other time I have tried to quit smoking I went back. Lets say in 6 months I want to stop nicotine I woould still vape. I would just get juice that has 0 nicotine in it. So that way it still feels like I am smoking.

Hopefully that makes sense.
