I have to agree with measurements for online sales. I hate it when I can't tell how big something is and I personally hate it when a site does have measurements but in metric.

i 2nd the measurements. also know what devices are compatible is very helpful. ie, the T3 does not fit in the vamo without this____ adapter, etc
I still like the idea of handing out a drip tip so people can try the different juices you have out for tasting.
not sure how i forgot to add: freebies! even if its something small, giving away a 5ml bottle of juice, a drip tip, a carto etc... is always a plus. this can be the deciding factor when choosing between two sites that have similar pricing! it also give people a chance to try things they wouldnt have ordinarily purchased. some of my favorite juices were free samples in my juice orders

Maybe for both online and B&M an online coupon, where once a month you send one person a 5.00 off coupon in their e-mail
Maybe a referal card, where someone gets a card, and for every 15 people they refer to the bussiness they get a free bottle of juice
How bout a B&M loyalty card. Give anyone who comes in a bussiness card with a number on it.
Once a month pick a number, then give out some kind of prize for that loyalty card number carrier.

I also like the idea of call ahead orders, that can be paid for with a cc and just walk in and sign receipt and be on your way.
So many people are really busy and don't have the time to wait while someone has to have someting explained to them.

And lastly....a juice of the week (pick a juice and sell at a discounted price). Change the juice every week.
It would be great to have the products tested somehow before they go out to check for duds.... if that's possible?
