Informative website. Clear markings on whether something is polypro/juice-safe or not (web and in store.) Clear indications if something is a copy. (Don't sell cheap knock-offs, but don't call it a vamo if its not original..)

Juice names and descriptions. Doesn't have to be chef-quality, but at a glance I know what "watermelon bliss" is. I don't know that "Jumpy Farmer" is a redbull/watermelon mix.. (If you really have to call it "jumpy farmer" then set the website up to have a subtitle on each. I hate having to open a dozen links to read descriptions of juice.)

these are just a few suggestions. make sure the furniture is very comfortable. I would suggest to keep the room dark. with black and crimson or black and dark gold. allow customers to come in and sign up for e juice taste testing on the weekends only . allow up to about twenty each day at a designated hour. but let them sign up only during the week.

two couches in middle of the room facing each other with a table in the middle. three tables on each side of the room behind the couches. service counter and place where u keep the products towards the wall without windows. maybe a tv or two just displaying your shops name matching the colors u use in your shop.maybe supporting some of ur local upcomming artists by playing some of thier music at the end of every hour . maryland? you have logic, a- class, troy brown and some others that you probably know about.also make sure the parking area is going to be sufficient enough for all your customers.

also make sure when your hiring people for your stores that they are not immature. your customers need you as much as you need them. treat them with respect and have some patience with the newbs.

I'm a 22 yr old from Orange County California, and I have never owned and or ran a business. this is just what I would do if I did.

I made my first visit to B'more Vapes today. Your prices are fantastic. Some are even less than you find on the web. Your customer service was great as well. You guys were very busy, which is great to see, and you were still friendly and helpful. Your juices are good and you had a good selection of mods, tanks, batteries, etc.

I guess I have a couple suggestions and advice. First, you should take credit/debit cards. It would help increase sales, especially $80-$100 mods. Today you can take credit cards on your iPhone. Secondly, and this one could sink your business. You guys are using a lot of trademarked/copyrighted names and logos on your juices. You guys are using the Newport, Marlboro, and Kool name and logos on your packaging. Same with Jolly Rancher. You even had a juice with the Baltimore Oriole logo on it. It's great because the customers know exactly what the flavor is, but companies have people that look for those violations, and the Patapsco Flea Market is under close scrutiny because of the past counterfeit merchandise problems. If one company sees you using their trademarked name and logo on a product that your selling the costs could be enough to bankrupt you. Good luck with your new shops. I'll be visiting you guys again.

The atmosphere at this present location is awesome and I wasn't able to visit the shop this past weekend darnit! I will be planning a visit for this coming weekend though.

One thing that would be nice to plan for at the new B&M... having a hands-on learning session for setting up carto tanks and rewicking (rebuilding) for the technically challenged like me.

Right now they might be having a problem finding a cc dc gateway that will allow sale of e-cigs
