I responded that I loved my Luggy and was very happy that she took care of it so quickly. I then told her how amazing I thought the disguiser looked and that I couldn't wait till I could get one.

As soon as the new one gets here if they don't send a return ship label I'll do a little surgery and see if there is a wire loose or something.

Mine died too. Charged it up and it is stuck on the full battery screen No word from Nancy yet, but hasn't even been 24 hrs since I emailed. Worries me that they've removed the luggy from their website though

Not getting a Feeling of Industry leader on this one...............sorry.
Seems more like a Small company working Fast rotation in hopes of hitting a winning Combination.
Hopefully they will keep Current users in mind and Continue Support of relatively new product.

A few of us wanted to start a list for those of us who have not received our Luggy kits and tracking information never updated So, if you have not gotten your Luggy yet let me know in this thread or through pm I do not know much about why our luggys have pretty much fallen off the map but I do believe that it would be helpful if there was a list of everyone who has not received theirs yet because I would think that Movkin would want to make sure we get ours eventually

It is strange that 3 of ours (I have not talked to the other 2 who have not received theirs, but I bet theirs is still on its way to the country like ours for 37 days.) have disappeared on their way to the U.S. I am still hoping they show up soon! Lol

Purple mini still works great...regular coil and TC coil...even after being knocked off a table onto tile floor and then got stepped on by 100lb dog!

Lol"..that's how I knew my Provari mini was a tank...it passed the Beast test! Not a scratch or a dent on Luggy, and now I know I truly love these tanks!
