So you put it in a calculator for how much you're mixing and it tells how many mls etc of pg, vg and nicotine, so then you would add the Red, White and Blue or Beetle juice concentrate to this mix in the percentage it's called for?

Basically, yes. The calculators are great for scaling recipes. Plus, they're great for storing them (btw, Red, White, and Blue sounds tasty!)
