Aw damn...You need to start priming for that dinky, or two, or five.So, my day started off with my DIL calling me to say she had run out of gas and could I please bring her some...luckily I had some in the garage, but it threw my timing off and had me running late...hope that's not a precursor to how the day is going to be!

Meaning fight it..with laughter. It works sometimes depending. Making whoopee works as well. If your partner is the fun type that clowns around a lot.

You are in much company of those who understand. I've only gone through it 3 times, but each time was horrible, and lasted 2-3 years of EVERY damn day. The last bout, I recognized it as it was coming on. Just too many bad things happening all at once. As much as I hate them, I find that antidepressants do work for me, so knowing that, I just surrender and get them ASAP. I'm on the wean now, which takes me about 4 months, and only have a month or so left to be free. Life is good! When you start wishing you hadn't woke up that morning, it's time to get some help.

There are always delicate flowers about. I get that. It was pointed out to me in really, the nicest way. And the first hint, I didn't welcome too warmly. That used to be enough here for Ban Hammer, so I gotta hand it to THAT patient mod. Fwiw, it was @Unforeseen and I am very appreciative of his attitude, his understanding and patience with mine, and the way HE helped ME save myself. This place gets cooler everyday.
