Don't know if this was brought to light, but watch this...

It takes time for your lungs and body to rebuild after all the damage that we have done to it from cigarettes alone, thats given the toxins from cigarettes were the only ones that you were taking in but it does take months if not years for your body to get back to normal.

And besides, I have yet to experience this, (but it can not be as nasty as the gunk I wash off my car windows, the windows and mirrors in my room from what was in the cigarette smoke) regardless I am pretty sure I'd rather be intaking 6-7 ingredients rather than 4000+

I am also pretty sure that, that film will accumulate regardless if you smoke, vape or not, just like dust is a naturally occurring thing, (I did sure notice a lot more in my room when I was smoking a PAD) Ultimately it is up to you and only you to decide what you put into your body.

Slimmy coating in mouth, checked
Heavy chest feeling, checked
Coughing, checked
Shortness of breath, checked

Gonna go from 30pg/70vg to 50/50 n see whats up.

Rain x sucks. Used it years ago and it made things worst.

Pg does dry me out so much.

Planning to up nicotin in order to vape less. Both pg n vg suck.

I use both 50/50 and 100%vg. After a heavy vape session I do notice if it has been the 100%vg my chest feels heavy and I sometimes need to use my inhaler to help open things up.
I hadn't given this a lot of thought but I'm going to pay closer attention to the ratios and chest tightness. I just figured it was due to the weather here but now I am not thinking so. Fuel for thought. Gosh I love this forum!

I used to work for a manufacturer of vinyl slide pages and was told that polyvinylchloride gives off a vapor. For our immediate concerns I feel that the film that builds up on the windshield is not so much of a health hazard as the vapor given off by the plastic in your cars dashboard (polyvinylchloride). Even a nonsmoker/vaper will notice a film buildup on a brand new car windshield after a month or so. This being said, take whatever measures you feel appropriate to protect yourself from vapor film fallout. I hack up phlegm every morning regardless of what I have been smoking/vaping, I'm just getting old.
