I've been using the V4L system with batteries, chargers, and carts for about a month and a half -- I've had nothing but good experiences with their customer service -- and have started refilling them after cleaning. A couple of times I accidentally yanked the wire inside and I was wondering if I ruined the cart that way. Also, can you replace the inside stuffing and tube or is it not even worth it?
