wire qustion

OK I'm building a 5 volt box mod and am curious what gauge wire you all use when building your mods. I have seen some in here that look quite thick but then at the same time I took apart an ego style battery the other day and they couldn't have used anything bigger than say 22 or 24 awg wire I was amazed at how small it was..... So what do y'all use in your builds?

16ga from the auto parts store it's called 16ga MTW (machine tool wire) fine stranded

I use 20-24.Thicker stuff is for battery and atty.

It all depends how much power you will be flowing through that wire and how much space you have in your box.

Dr G I am going to be using 2 14500's with a 5v resistor and housing it on a 3AA battery box from mad vapes

I'm just running a pro tank with the 1.8 ohm coil in it

18-20 gauge should probably do it.
