Much appreciated, for me at least im finding more hotspots appear once ive vaped for a while, so im going to assume my coil is at fault but apart from that i have 1 last question, Considering we dont have to watch out for strangling the wick with this rope, can we wrap the coils a bit tighter than normal, that is assuming the mesh is either oxidised correctly, or doing the pulse method on a pretty dead battery or low vv.
Apart from the above the AC9 is rocking on the Poldiac.
The coil 0.6 I am using right now was made using Peter K method fitted coil to mod using drill bit once fitted I fired coil very hot this sort of put an insulation coating on coil. Mesh just a slight burn to get rid of any gunk, #500 wick rolled onto rope making a nice snug sliding fit to the coil. I Pulse using full battery on mod just a button touch at a time until coils start to glow and gradually make longer pulses add some pg to wick adjusting coils as you go until all are even....this works for me! many people use the Peter K method I was very sceptical at first until I tried it and has quite a following on this forum.
Just on other thing it is possible to get a twist in the ribbon that can go un-noticed this will cut into the mesh, happened to me first time out with ribbon.
