Anyone have any information on the bills from today? I can't find any minutes on the government website
That article was like a breath of fresh air. Congrats to WI for dodging a bullet for now.The committee took no action on the bill. With the Legislature expected to wrap up its work for the year by early April, there is little time left for lawmakers to act on the proposal.
"Wisconsin's children with their young brains so sensitive to nicotine may be put at risk."
I've noticed the young brains statement associated with nicotine a lot lately. Must be the latest attack bullet point.

Would add that I learned something from Sen Risser. I had no idea that my emails had toxic chemicals in them.![]()

But glad I watched it to the end because last speaker Greg Conley was, IMO, the best speaker and spoke directly to the merits of this bill. That it changes nothing, and helps business/property owners gain clarification that vaping indoors in public is not, and cannot be, considered part of the previously passed smoking ban. He did this as legislature Risser (opposition) attempted to knock him off his game and win on certain, far fetched, technicalities. In my opinion, Conley beat him, like a drum. I also kept getting annoyed by Risser's incessant cough and finding much irony in that on this particular topic.
