The VTR I won on 9/16 which was mentioned to only have a minor battery door issue turned out to actually be DOA- a paperweight.

We were told it came with everything (the box, adapter, and iclear30). Then I was informed there was a miscommunication with management and it was just the unit; no box, no adapter, no iclear30. I had to ask them to include an adapter as I don't have tanks that fit. They included the adapter, and since this was a contest win I was so happy and appreciative to receive, the box, iclear30 and battery door thing were inconsequential... had the VTR worked in the first place.

I received the VTR and noticed the ring that the tank goes through was dented from a drop, and the screen was scratched up (both prior to shipping). It did not have the plastic over it as it would have had it been new. None of this happened during shipping, they sent it to me wrapped very well in bubble wrap and I sent it back the same way. Again, additional malfunctions which I can overlook had the unit worked from the get-go.

Just before receiving the VTR I ordered an 18650 battery (which was required) because I did now own one. The battery arrived a few days after I got the VTR. I tried it, and the VTR did not work at all. Just a flashing red light.

After numerous back and forth communications with customer service about the issue, I have been told they will not replace it because I did send a request within 24 hours from receiving it.

So I am out the time and energy over the past month, time at the post office, the VTR I was promised in the first place, and the return shipping cost. They offered to send me back the paperweight.

I'm disappointed in the way evcigarettes.com customer service has handled the issue and claimed that because I didn't respond within 24 hours I am responsible for all damages the unit, when it's apparent it was out of box and damaged in multiple ways from the get go.

Yes. I PM'd him as soon as I got the battery and tried the VTR out for the first time, on 9/27.

Try out another clearomizer on the VTR just to make sure it is the device. If it is then you can send us the VTR then we should be able to inspect it and send out a working product. We'll test the 2nd one out before we send it out. You can coordinate the process with the customer service team.

Which is exactly what I did.

Hello Green Leaf,

This is an unfortunate situation. My intentions on this response is not to attack your character as I'm sure you are great person. I only mean to elaborate on this issue a little bit. I looked at the VTR that we sent out and we did test it to work perfectly minus the minor issue with the battery door latch needs to be held in order to close it. The communication to return the VTR came about a week after the product was delivered and it was advised by you that the light was Green then went to a flashing red. We asked you to try another atomizer and you advised that you did. When we received the product in return it was never stated by you that there was any damage until we brought up that the ring was dented and disfigured when we inspected the return. That is when the damage was acknowledged by you, but now we are in disagreement as to when the damage occured. The damage is to the point where there is no way to get an extender or a clearomizer through the ring, but this damage was never stated to us when we were asking to try other atomizers. Again, this is a very unfortunate situation and we seem to have arrived an impasse.
