UPDATE:

She is going to be trained for the position, though it isn't guaranteed she will get it, BUT with the training it will make it easier for her to get it if it becomes available again in the future, be it in the store she is in or another nearby.

Shes being trained for it... But if she does not get it, shes ready for it in the future?

Then lets hope she gets it now!!!
