Hmmm, this is strange. Why would HK ban e-cig and not China? My history is a little rusty, but didn't China take back HK after the British relinquish control? Or did HK became independent and so has not ties with China. Either case, I'll have to talk to some of those folks about it, maybe have my dad do some translating to get to the bottom of it.

china has control of HK, but it's operating independently to a degree. (but not so independent that China couldnt depose any HK health minister that causes too many problems)

Glad to hear the move went well. Hope the HK issue doesn't impact for too long.
