Quick question if you guys know ....

I watched a vid on the dna menu and all, and is there a way to "lock" your wattage setting?
I saw how to lock the mod entirely, etc, but I am afraid I would be accidentally hitting the buttons, and having my wattage all over the ballpark. LOL

Keep your eyes on the screen Blu.. :p

Hmm, mine got CANCELLED TOO :) A very sorry state of affairs indeed!

Ya. Tell me about it. I know having to wait a few extra months for a APV device is not the end of the world, but reading the cancellation email from Mark Bugs stung bad. I got that sinking, sick feeling in my stomach. I was up at 3AM in Thailand waiting for them to go live. After I got the confirmation I ordered fresh batteries and an Aqua. It's like a bad joke.
At least we know we're in the mix for the next run, but I have to be honest it's beyond disappointing.

Yep.
As it is it was a tough decision to shell out this kinda dough. Then you set your alarm - leave everything aside and wait (for the Alarm to ring!) - miss all the fun of a weekend (yes it was a Sunday!) - ignore all the ramblings of your wife (for purchasing 'another e-cigarette' and at this ridiculously high price) - remain glued to the site since 19:45 GMT - hit the 'cart' button exactly at 20:00hrs - see thru the transaction (all in 5-6 minutes) - WHEW! That was some serious effort indeed!

Then the next day MB cancels your order. Sickening! Ya right! This was a nightmare! Extremely poor show by Mark Bugs. I feel let down! Well that might be an understatement... I feel robbed!

I agree 100%. Got to stay positive I guess. At least we're in line for the next release (probably February or March). It doesn't feel like much of a consolation right now but at least we know our time is coming.
How cruel was this though? Haha. What a joke. I can't even give my 250 euros away. I replied to MB so that they know how bad they jacked up my day. Probably too busy counting bills.

I don't know why I didn't receive the cancelation e-mail, but I was told in the facebook.

The person who attended me was so nice that it didn't hurt at all, I'm very happy that besides the wonderful work they do as modders they were so kind. But I already own a WE so I tottally get the frustation too

looks nice! can't wait to run my aqua on wizard apprentice evolved. Just wondering what gauge wire are you using on your build, and are you running dual coil build? Does the DNA20 work below 1 ohm?

You do not know how bad we feel about this situation, we had no idea that the website will crack due to the many customers who order at the same time..and we wish all this not to have happened.. We will to offer all of you, and only you, who had canceled orders, the posibility to take one of our future products without having to buy it from the website (as we said on the canceled order mails). We know it does not compensate the frustration all of you feel but at least we hope it sweetens your sadness..
Looks like the Paypal respond time was very very slow and that created all the problems.
We know that all this situation is our fault,we will take measures and improve not only the production but also the website "resistence".
Sorry again and thank you for trusting us and our products.

I have done 2 builds on the aqua, both dual coils. First was 8 wrap 30g for a final resistance of .8 ohms. Second was 12 wrap 28g for a final resistance of .9 ohms. Both worked flawlessly with the DNA20, and I ended up running at about 16 watts for a fantastic vape.

Nice! do you get the same flavor using 28g vs 30g wire? I thought the lowest resistance the DNA20 chip reads is 1 ohm? does this mean it can go as low as a kick2, .5 ohms?
