So I was at my daughter's dance studio today and the owner's dad was vaping an ego with a kanger T3.

He took one look, then a vape of my WAE2 with the Erlkonigin and said he wanted one.

We sat at the computer there and I odered him both plus batteries, charger, kanthal and juice.

LOL... great story............................. Cant beat that! Mark give the man a discount on the new tank when available! ;)

That's a very nice setup, wish whe had all this gear available when I started.

What's the deal with the WAE II? Are they having problems shipping them? I plan on ordering one Friday but a bit concerned about customer support in case something goes wrong.

I've been on the fence for a few weeks now, but I'm not going to order if it's a hassle to get the device. There are others I'm also considering that are in stock and ready to ship.

The customer service of MB is stellar. Repairs are handled expeditiously. Communication is prompt. They are currently on a short vacation but orders will ship this Thursday. Generally I get my orders 2 or 3 days after shipping.

One just can't appreciate the beauty and craftsmanship of an MB product until you own one.

Mine got sent back for repair .... it's mailed back, but has been sitting in Springfield MA since 1 July. :mad:

What? They can't sort mail???

Blu. I ordered some spare backup parts. MB shipped them promptly and they hit the US quickly but sat in Springfield MA for several days too till today they landed in Colorado

Only people to blame is UPS and customs, the experience dealing with this guy's is smooth and they will answer your questions 100% with no bs.

Probably the only products I don't consider overpriced in the ecig/mod industry, every time i received markbugs products I'm amazed by the quality and attention to detail but hey haters gonna hate [emoji57]

You should have seen the Post office in Egypt that I picked my stuff from yesterday!!! ...the middle ages par exellence!!!...at least the mail in the picture is stacked on a table!!! The guy in charge of international mail is a terrorist waiting to happen to say the least..long fundamentalist beard..no moustache...very polite but constantly angry facial expression...does everything by himself without anyone to help him in the midst of piles of mail everywhere...there must be an underlying logic to the "piling system" they use..but I failed to grab it. Everything is done manually although you notice a functioning computer whose screen peeks at you from between the mail bags.

Having said that... I am surprised that they haven't lost anything I ordered with this medieval system they have, while USPS managed to drown a Provari I ordered to be delivered to a friend's address in the US ..never to surface again.

I didn't say anywhere it was anyone's fault .... stuff happens, that is life.
