WL gets my vote - and my money!

Only placed 5 orders with them over since January (2014). Every order has arrived in good time and in good shape. The shipping department is above reproach. Their packaging methods leave nothing to be desired. Order fulfillment times are absolutely fabulous. Normal wait time is minimal. (Order on Sunday night, package ships on Tuesday. One nic order took a whole extra day...)

Thank you Wizard Labs!!

eeeek...so you don't use FlavourArt, Inawera, Capella or Hangsen?

LOL. "... most of my flavors". I got lots. It gets to the point where you have so many you can't decide which to use/try next. Yes, I use other flavors - LOR, and CAP. Have yet to try FA and Hangsen, I have a bunch of other stock to get thru first, but the reviews say go for them. ( vaping saved me money, that was one of the points. Fie on you DIY !$ )

Don't discount WL's Sour Flavor. I've subbed it in recipes I where could not get the 'sweet' right, and it turned out to be the ticket. Who'd a thunk that?

I'm not shackled and chained to any vendor but "wizard labs alternate"???...they are far from being the only game in town...I do make a lot of orders from RTS because of their variety of manufacturers and also order straight from the flavor company. I don't do the candyland flavors so that eliminates most of the flavor lineup...bout the only thing I order outside tobacco's are a little vanilla, marshmallow, coconut and an occasional chocolate and I like my whiskey neat

I am new to the DIY world but I ordered fromBull City Vapor - Best Prices on DIY e-liquid Supplies . He used Heartland nicotine and cuts it for the smaller user. I heard Heartland has the best but is for the more advanced DIYer for users that make more than the small starter diyer would!! This is a new company and Drew bent over backwards trying to help me decide what I needed. Give him a try cause he IS the best customer service I've ever seen!

Heartland Vapes has smaller sizes. Just look under the DIY tab on the far upper right corner.

I have had mixed results with WL. When they first opened, they were lightening fast with orders. Then they moved a couple of times and added numerous employees and each time the orders took a little longer. Also -- I was always able to call and talk to John. Now, no way. He's "protected" by layers of employees. I can't say they are slouches, but I do think they have suffered from becoming a larger business. It's nice to deal with a small company yet I can understand the need to grow and it is good generally.
What I do now is to follow Blueser's method and order in advance and that way I don't get upset if the order doesn't get to me in a few days. No complaints ordering ahead.

My stock is very large 3000ml in the freezer. So when I have some spare cash I'll just keep checking WL or someone here will usually post that NIC is in stock. I will then place my order. So the slowness never really effected me. I can understand the fustration for the folks that let there stock get low and it becomes an emergency to get it fast. But if you plan ahead it makes the pain easier. I don't rely on WL for my flavoring as I don't use TFA that much but the flavoring stock can be hit or mis so I prefer to shop elsewhere for my flavorings.

There are also other places to get quality NIC at a competitive price.

I placed an order last week with Wizard Labs. Within an hour I was reading about the chemicals in some of the flavorings. I sent an email requesting to cancel just the flavors of the order if they could until I could do more research into it...

The next day they called me on the phone, credited the account until I could determine other flavors, and sent the remainder of the order.

They went out of their way to make sure I was happy with what I was getting from them. They have my vote ;)

I can always get John on the phone although it's usually after hours and a day or two later. He just prefers we email him for general concerns which is understandable. One must realize they cater so many DIY'ers starting out with their first mix with a laundry list of questions. The thing we should all be grateful for is the fact they have not raised prices. Many companies once they find success begin to expect bigger profit to match growing demand. WL instead puts much of their own profit back in to continue to meet the greater demand.

I was hoping to not order anything vape the rest of the month. Got an email that nic test kits were back in stock. Cheap enough, why not. I might make some NET and want to test it. Go to WL and find they removed out of stock from nic. Add some, and some vg and some pg and 5 flavors and that's not too bad. Shipping $18. Over 65 is free... So I change the nic and the vg and the pg to get over 65 and...
Will let you know when it gets here.
