I likeee WL nic base a lot. Their VG is also perfect as are the flavorings.

i ordered 18mg pg base so i could, 'take it to the head' and wowza it is magnificent eyes crossed and instant vegetable relaxing in solitude's of a nic base heaven..

I now have two trusted nic vendors, two for two orders, and this diy zombie has learned not to order nic with vg base.. Thanks to you guys on the forum advice, pg, it is spot on, vg kills the feel..

Re: Nic with VG base.....SOME folks are allergic to PG....so they have no choice....
But....yeah, if you really want the throat hit....PG (at the risk of loss of some vapor production....)...
Personally I try to go 50/50 PG/VG....my FIRST WL order will arrive tomorrow!! Can't wait to try my hand at DIY!

Your forum name reminds me I was trying my hand at a clone diy, recreating NJOy's tobacco if any of the new tobacco mixes I just purchased were in that direction.. No sir NJOY has a special one there. Its way out on an island, he or she have a one of kind there.

Your gonna love the diy realm its so easy and the flavorings can be used in cooking and drink mixes as well as potpourri. The american red tobacco has smelled up the whole house and I did not spill it. Its so strong I think it will last me a lifetime..

Vg has to be properly steeped and thinned with either vodka or distill water when used as nic base if not it will possibly pool the nic base in a small area and when you unknowingly drip that area, watch out the shivers me timbers occurs.. Mix well and steep for best results.. It took me around 200ml to figure it out, I felt as though I was vaping 0mg @50/50 24-36mg mix..

The pg nic base made it simple as many had suggested in diy forum... Its felt immediately..

Penny, (no offense, and am ready to be swatted upside the head if the answer is "yes of course!", did you check whether your nic base was in stock before finalizing the order? I ask because WL has not been able to keep base in stock for more than an hour or so lately.

They are notoriously quick to ship orders out, so if yours hasn't shipped yet, you might want to query them about it.

There's a way you can avoid having to do all that clicking.

You can set up a wishlist on WL. Log in and do a search for something. Below each search result, you'll see an option to "add to wishlist." (This option doesn't appear on the regular item page.) Click on "add to wishlist," and in the confirmation bar "item has been added to wishlist" the word wishlist is a link to.... yep, your wishlist.

To access your wishlist when not adding an item to it, log in and you'll be taken to your account page (which does not, oddly, have a "wishlist" selection option), go to the url block, and at the end of the url line change "account" to "wishlist," click on goto, and voila, you're in your wishlist, where you will be able to see each item at a glance and whether it's in stock or not. Very handy when you have a lot of items to check.

I've read how notorious WL is for running out but yes, I snatched up a bottle before it was out of stock! I was very pleased with myself for catching some in time! Just an hour later what I ordered was out of stock. So this why I asked, it was definitely in stock when I paid for my order.

Be patient. I buy only from WL, and have never had a problem. Nic orders do take a little longer sometimes as they get backlogged. Your order will arrive.

That is reasonable. I am waiting on 30 ml bottles to be restocked.

They need to stock ginger flavoring. I know that it is potent enough to sear your olfactory nerves, but they sell cinnamon red hot, capsicum, and 100 mg nic. Why not ginger?

Perhaps send them some feedback with your next order and suggest that a ginger flavoring might sell very well with the customers who like some "kick" in their juice. I'm going to have to order some glass bottles. With all the nic I'm collecting I'm going to have to freeze a lot of it and I have just four 30 ml glass bottles with the wrong kind of lids. Still have to find out what the right kind of lids are.

Due to a couple comments in the first couple posts, I'm gonna repeat a question I never got a real clear answer to, as I start doing a bit of DIY.

If I'm going to end up with a mix, let's say for example 50/50, or 60/40 PG/VG, THEN does it make any difference whether my nic base is the PG or VG?

Even a STORAGE advantage might be enough to steer me one way or the other...

It's a personal choice whether you buy the nic in VG or PG, although I read differing things on ECF, I believe VG keeps longer in the freezer, so that's what I get. Me no likey the throat hit, so I mix around 50/50 for a smooth vape with a pretty good sized cloud and good flavor. If you like more pg in your mix, buy pg nic.

I get my nic base from WL in PG, as I can get Humco VG locally in a pinch and dilute it myself. PG isn't on the shelf near me.

WL rocks for me too! The best way to know about a vendor is when there's a mistake, and how they respond. They mixed up one of my orders and straightened it out in a fast and friendly way. Definitely worth the occasional wait for quality and service.

I like to keep things simple, so I order 100% PG nic base @ 36mg/ml so that I can mix it w/ plain VG to get my preferred 50/50 18ml base.
(And also I'm confident in the long run that plain VG will always be easy to get, even if vaping regulations screw things up for us...)

As I understand it, PG naturally inhibits bacteria growth, so I believe it's safer for long-term storage (I store mine in the freezer). I don't know that this is a scientific fact, tho, just MO.
