I placed my order on the 7th and my package got here today. It was worth it. It was so well packaged, Im amazed. The flavours were great. I made my "altoids" flavour up right away and its fantastic. I will definately order more from them. The prices were great and the shipping charge is the best. Thanks Wizards !!!!

I ordered on 02/06 and knew it would be a long wait and I'm absolutely not complaining at all because, in my experience, their ICE base is totally worth the wait, but I feel like I've refreshed my order page on their site about a million times crossing my fingers and hoping for shipping info. I'm not out of anything, but I do have some flavors on order that I've never tried before and I'm firmly convinced that one of them will be the best flavor in the world. Then again, I think that every time I order a new flavor to try.
I am strting to get a bit low on a couple of flavors. I am hoping things will gt back to normal soon at WL. I am still waiting for my nic. I ordered on 2/7, I think.
Egads! Well, good for them having so much to do, but man that stinks. :-/ Did they happen to mention if that's when their next shipment was due in, or if it's still a volume glut thing?
I hope that things get back to [better than?] normal in my bank account by whenever that is; Don't want to get left behind in the next nic rush.

It always happens like that to me soooo.. ummm, yeah..
Like when I smoked analogs and could smoke in eating establishments I would hold off and hold off lighting up and then as soon as I finally did light up a smoke the food would come; like clockwork. Had I waited longer it would have never came and during the years I tested this theory with a fair amount of accuracy. Think food couldn't come any quicker? Right, light a smoke and it's being delivered, doh!
Good luck with all your orders and hopefully this RTS order will hold me for awhile and WL will be out in the clear for future orders!

I'm glad I read this thread. I was starting to panic about my order taking so long. I thought maybe it wasn't coming at all.
But, as long as the orders are being filled, no matter how slowly, it should be ok, I think.

Aaaarrrrggghhh!!!! I am a pretty patient person but I didn't get my nic order again today. WL please, please gt back to normal. I went to the TFA website and they don't have the great flavors that WL has much less nicotine
my order shipped this afternoon. From the 8th. was a small order though. only 60ml 36mg and 5 flavors. Not ice or anything special.
Oh boy!!! My order finally says shipped. Now I have hope that WL is getting caught up and that I'll get my order before the end of the month

A little confused by your statement. I would venture a guess that more than half WL's flavors are TFA. They used to be like 90+% TFA. The remainder are I believe all either Loranns or Seedmans. These are denoted in the main listing at the end of flavor names now (TFA)/(LA)/(SM) - in order of appearance
I see all the low-mg nic is again out of stock

I know but I went to the TFA website and they don't have a lot of the flavors listed there that I have bought at WL.
I think its going to be a couple more weeks before WL restocks their nic bases. Based on my deductions, they shipped a bunch of orders that were placed on the 8th today. Mine was among those shipped. By that logic, they are almost two weeks behind on order filling. I expected to wait about two weeks for my order, so this has not come as a shock. But for those of you who don't know what goes into an operation like theirs, you cannot possibly understand what they are dealing with right now. Imagine trying to set up a huge, professional chem lab, train a bunch of new employees and then throw those employees to the wolves and tell them to fight their way out. Imagine trying to fill thousands of different orders all while getting thousands of e-mails saying some variation of "when is my order coming?". I have a lot of sympathy for the situation they are in right now, and it doesn't help them that we are in the midst of Chinese New Year AND the freakout over possible FDA regulation. Take it easy on WL. They are awesome and I'm sure they are doing everything they can.
I see alot of flavors are still out also. Did they say when they might be back up to normal?
Yes they are awesome but they did know about the pending FDA and the Chinese New year does come every year. I don't think it was well planned out move but that's just my opinion. As it gets closer to April, I would figure they will fall even more behind.
While I don't disagree and really enjoy their products, services, etc it's a business and they possibly could have planned a bit better this whole 'perfect storm' don't you think?
I mean their move could have been coordinated at a better time (possible, unsure just playing devil's advocate) and to miss the Chinese new year which happens every year. The training of new people, etc all goes along the same lines. They made the decision to do this at this time and again, while I completely agree and have compassion and sympathy, I also think they bit off way more than they could chew.
If I went into McDonalds and asked for a cheese burger and they first said they were out of beef but then I asked for chicken and they then told me the cash register was broken and they couldn't take orders; am I the one to be a fault?
Just devil's advocate here..
