Yes, it does change - more so under poor storage conditions, and even more still depending upon the impurities in it. In my experience, most WL customers are amazed by the clarity and minimal taste of WL nic and they seem quite happy about this. It seems to me also that most people prefer receiving their nic in a state to as near colorless and odorless as possible: the prevailing belief being that this is what nic is like at it's purest and freshest. I'm not saying it is necessarily a problem, and grant some may even like it - most often those that prefer to vape unflavored like a nic with a stronger taste of its own. I do not think this nic tastes horrible.
As I said, I bought it on clearance and my assumption was that it was likely getting old (and now it's even older

). Vendors that don't specialize in nic sales may have inventory they allow to sit in conditions that are not ideal for nic storage and this just happens. Again, I like Good Prophets, but I just wanted to share with Wizard Labs customers my perception of their nic. WL has spoiled so many of us, and while your suggestion is great for a price-conscious customer in a pinch, I think a lot of us would perceive it as a much less desirable product overall, and so in this context, it does not get a recommendation from me. If someone was looking for something that has a taste of it's own that's also very inexpensive, go for it!
As I said though: I'm vaping it right now because I'm out and it's doing the job. Others might just do the same, I was just compelled to give the heads up on what they
might receive (though your comment leads me to
guess that things have not changed in regards to it's color/taste/odor - would you disagree?)
For reference,
here is a post with a picture of it from me when it was one month after receipt.
One other note: they thin their VG. Again, just a heads up - some people prefer this, but again, WL nic in VG is anhydrous. Either way, you should still be getting the same amount of nic.
