Wizard Labs is still down!! Any other suggestions?

I agree... I think having it bottled and ready to go before listing it on site would be ideal... Especially since everything is either 100% PG or 100% VG now..

That's just not how Wizard Labs does it. They aren't going to keep it premixed and ready to ship out because they mix it to order.

How do you expect them to train their employees if they do it like that in the meantime?

This would go on for much longer if they didn't keep their existing processes and procedures in place while they work through the backlog.

I know.. It's worth being patient for quality nic. I actually had given in and ordered from another vender because wizards and RTS were out and april is quickly approaching. I have no idea the amount of Orders they have pouring in.. It must be staggering! (A little bummed since Ice and Ultra are out and I was hoping to try them) Still love their goods!

Yep - RTS is up.

WL has some restocked, yes, 100mg is gone, but smaller 60mg (5@120ml, 8@60ml)'s and larger sizes below that are available (right this second anyway).

High Desert Vapes (a WL reseller) expects 60mg in stock on 3/13. I don't know this to be true, but I think it likely to be pre-bottled there since they only carry one strength in two 100% bases.

My order of ICE from 3/4 went out today @ 11:30.

Is Ice out? I realize inventory is bouncing on the site, but that's been said to be intentionally limiting availability to try to keep up with the demand.

I requested Ice but didn't hear anything from John that it wasn't fulfilled as ordered today and think it would be unusual for him to just send it without saying something, even as busy as he must be. I'll find out soon enough what was sent, and I'd be very surprised if it wasn't Ice, but where are we getting news there isn't any left? Someone also reported a new batch number for Ice fairly recently.

@ Maile: are you saying you just didn't see those products on the site? They are available by request only so far (except when Ultra Pure was listed as a holiday special).

And ya, I spoke with them a few times this week, and I know some of us will be getting the last of this round of ICE. Hopefully they bring it back for another round soon, I've asked for a little more details and will let everyone know on the other ICE thread if I can.

Ya, they are out now, not sure if that means ZERO left / how many batches will/wont get it this week, ect. But I do know it's basically used up now as they mentioned on the site banner.

I also asked about that batch number issue you mentioned wolcen, hopefully they reply, and tell me it's OK to post a little further snippet of info here too!

UPDATE 3/8/13

In order to provide equal lab time to our retail customers, some large wholesale orders have been divided into smaller batches and partial shipments at this time.
While our new staff is still under training, we will be temporarily limiting our selection of nicotine solutions to all Glycol or all Glycerin to maximize lab time, and accomodate the large increase in demand. We deeply apologize for the inconvenience and delays that our move has caused, and greatly appreciate all of the support and understanding from our wonderful customers. We love you all!


Unfortunately, our initial test batches of "Ice" and "Ultra Pure" extracts are depleted and no longer available by request. We will be running another trial in the near future to test process and batch consistency before permanently adding either to our product line.

I already had enough ICE to last me 1 year, then I ordered a bigger ICE supply on Feb 6, because of the FDA thingie. About 6 months ago he sent me a sample of it, back when he first got it, he said he had it in a one big vat thingie that he keeps under some sort of sealed combustion .. he sent me some to try because he wanted some opinions on it because it's different from his regular nic. I fell in love with it and it's all I've used ever since. Because he never put the ICE on the website I always assumed it was something he'd eventually run out of.
