Well I also did order some flavors as well but really 7 days? Even an answer to an email would be nice.

Finally shipped. I will say they did upgrade shipping so may be here by end of week.
Did you try to call? I am sure when you bought you saw the various mentions of delays on this site, on their site too---there are delays and massive buying on nicotine going almost everywhere right now. They were closed for two or three weeks catching up before this round so thats they got hit hard again.
I knew there was delays but seriously a week? If it was going to be that long and they put that info up on their site it would have been better. To not change their shipping time frame knowing there were going to be long delays tends to make people wonder. If they are that behind shutting the site down would have been ideal.
When the orders are placed you get an email stating 2-3 business days processing time even that first day. They don't work on weekends---you say your order went out today so really how many actual business days was it? I think you are over reacting.
No their site says 24-48 hours. The point is adjust things. Also when others are ordering the same day as I did and shipped on the 9th which was a Saturday you start to get upset. Also 2 emails not answered come on. I understand they are back logged but shut down till you get caught up or limit orders.

When your buying the cheapest you have to expect to give something up to get that cheap price. There are other vendors out there that ship the same day but you have to pay a little more. You have to decide whats more important to you.
My order before this one took 2 weeks to process because they got slammed. This order went faster. I think they are trying not to let so many orders through so that they can catch up faster but they still got pretty slammed on their second opening. Sorry for your troubles.
Everyone seems to be missing the point. I understand they got slammed. The thing is if they are still backed up why accept orders? I am fine with the having to wait for them to get through orders if they so decide to reopen with a backlog already in front of them. What irritates me about it is not changing their time frame. They updated about the ice stuff but not how long orders were taking to process. Would I have still ordered from them, of course, but the fact remains it should be updated. It may seem like I am bashing them but that is not the case. Merely pointing out flaws that could have been addressed. I am sure it will be worth the wait.

It's not the price. It's the quality of the nic. that the people want. Have you tried the ICE ? There is nothing like it !

No thanks some of the other vendors can keep their stinky UNOPENED turns orange in 3 months nic. If I get burned once I never go back. Wizard is my go to. Price in this scenario is not indicative of quality. Just shows the vendor is not as greedy as some others...lol
