I know all about storing nic---not my first rodeo

Ok, new to making juice. This is my 1st rodeo. Got any tips of storing it. I use approx. 10ml of juice in 8-10 days. I ordered 60ml of 60mgNic and my target will be 15mg juice. I figure I can make approx 24-10ml bottles, or approx 240ml of juice. Should I make it all up at once and store it, or make a small amount at a time. Read somewhere to store the Nic consentrate in the freezer, won't it freeze? Also after making a batch, how long should I let it age. Read somewhere 1-2 wks to age.

Did you read that link JA posted? I tend to keep most of my product in the freezer in dark glass containers and take them out as I need it and then I keep it in the fridge. Keeping enough out to last me a month or two with two vapers here. There is no wrong way to do it persay. Some people leave it unrefrigerated and unfrozen in another cool dark place in their home. The first bottle I ever bought I kept it at room temperature on my desk for months with no ill effect. The reason for the smaller glass bottles and only having as much out as you need at a given time is once and every time you open it the oxygen is aging it.

Been refilling with Aqua Vapor since I started last Nov. Just now doing the DIY thing. Smoking reg cigs was never about the taste for me, it was just about the addictions. So with vaping its almost the same. But I do enjoy the flavorings, I use blueberry and vanilla. So I guess taste does matter with e-cigs compared to reg smokes. From what you say, keeping it out or in the freezer really doesn't effect the juice, is that right?

I will be making 15mg juice, so if I store that and the 60mg Nic consentrate in the freezer, will both freeze?

e-liquids will not freeze in the freezer. High VG will thicken noticeably, high PG not much at all.

When did you place the order, maybe I can estimate when mine goes out by when you ordered yours. I ordered Mar 9th

Ordered March 5th (late evening)
Order shipped March 11th.

It's heading to Iowa now, first class.

Others have seen quicker turnarounds on the order-->shipping timeframe (alot of orders went out on the 8th,9th that were ordered on the 4th,5th).

Even with mine not going out until after the weekend, it should be similar expectations or better to get to IN.

Not saying that's what's going on with everyone's orders, just thought I'd mention it to offer some hope and relief to anyone waiting.

You can always call if you are worried, but keep in mind that does take time away from them doing orders.

I never had an account and I was filling up the cart w/supplies. Before I checked out I did make a account. So my account was made the same day I made my first orders. When I made the order on Mar 9th 60ml 60mgNic was in stock. Next day(Sunday) I looked and it was out of stock. I just assume WL has so much Nic in stock and when they run, it shows out of stock.

Example on maybe why some are waiting long:
Say Sat. at noon they have 20 bottles of 60ml 60mg left in stock. I place a order and they have 19 left. After 19 more orders it goes out of stock and no one can place a order for it. Logically speaking, since they had some in stock when I placed my order, why would it take more so long to ship.....The only thing I can figure out is they are LETTING the Regular customers slide in ahead of others, which pushes me back on the list....Its like cutting in line at the Movie Theater, maybe thats what happeneing.

They should not take a order for something unless that item is setting on the shelf and not promised to any other orders when they are out.

Ya, stock levels were jumping around a lot this past week or so, as they limited stock and refilled it from time to time. So if you checked out and it went through then it's good to go. I mean they weren't out or anything just limiting online stock to try and keep up with orders rather then letting 10000 orders come in and getting further behind, that way no one is waiting a month for their order.

On site stock level is only for volume control, not the amount of Nic they have on hand. They do orders as they are received, but of course some of the workers are new so they might take longer to get an order boxed up compared to those that have worked there longer. (Just my speculation) So I doubt what you're thinking is going on at all

They don't have a stock issue, well maybe some flavors out of stock, but Nic is there but they're just limiting purchases so they can keep up with orders. They just moved, and April is upon us, so 1000's of people are trying to buy Nic last minute, so that's why all this mess is going on right now.

Sorry you're still waiting, hope your order gets to you soon!

I don't think they have stuff sitting on a shelf. The nic is made up as the orders come in although it is a possibility that do it in batches so .... Don't know for a fact but I do know I had a lot number on mine.

Sorry for your troubles.

I really do not think they are taking regulars first and shoving everyone else to the back but that is just my thought. I've been wrong before.

Plastic leaches after a while, especially at higher Nic levels, it's best to store your Nic in glass especially if you are going to freeze it for long periods. the sooner you can put in glass the better, even if it's not going to get frozen. That's mainly for straight Nic storage, juices with flavoring for vaping are OK in plastic because you use them up so quickly, but if you have glass for that then that's great too but not a requirement.

got my order in yesterday I was very impressed. other than the main flavor I wanted is out of stock the rest made it through safe and sound. The packing is out of this world! bubble wrapped and then double sealed in heavy weight heat sealed bags twice!! you could have tossed this boy off a bridge onto concrete and I don't think anything would have broken. they are rateing high on my list!

Plastic containers will leach out the chemicals they are made from. Some plastics leach more than others. Glass is a safe method for long term storage.

Actually the pet #1 bottles are the best. Those are what we use in our beer brewing fermentation simply for that fact of being non leaching. I am not sure what everyone else sends in but the ones I received from rts were 1.

If I was new at diy then I would start reading/searching through the diy section before I did anything.

There is no such thing as nic(for what we use it for at least) that's made in the usa. RTS vape are blatant liners and I wouldn't order from there, personally. "Flu cured" is a flavour, not a process. All nic comes from china including wL and RTS.
Try vipvaporcigs.com they process orders fast. And that's all I base my decisions on. BTW WL
