Wizard Labs/ Server problem and Connection Time Outs

Anyone else having a problem navigating through the system. I can log on, maybe go to one page, but from there cannot add to cart and cannot navigate further...then will get the connection timed-out message. This is day two for me of having this problem.

I was on their website yesterday morning, and again last night. Had no problems either time, and I'm even on a dial-up connection! Maybe it's something in your settings?

Edit: Just went there again...no problems loading any pages I wanted to go to just randomly. I'd say the problem's with your system or internet provider.

Doesn't look like it runs well using IE on XP. FF on XP, or Safari etc looks good.

I've never had a problem there before. I use Firefox and keep it updated. I wondering if something happened after the last update which is causing this problem. What is really strange is I have no problems going to any other website, just Wizard Labs. I just tried with both Chrome and Opera...nothing. Says the same thing, site cannot be reached, can't connect to server. I will get on the laptops. I'm still running Vista here on this PC. I have a windows 7 laptop and my daughter has a Windows 10 laptop. Another option maybe I could try is doing through my Iphone 5. I'll try the Windows 7 laptop first and let you know if I have any luck.

Deleting the browser cache has been helpful for me in the past under similar circumstances.

Check the various settings prior to doing that to ascertain your level of comfort.

I got through, but it's the strangest thing happening. I had no luck on the Win7 laptop, didn't even bother to try my daughters Win10 laptop. I got through on my machine but had to go about it very different as before. It may sound very weird, but this is ISP related. I can't think of any other explanation. I think my ISP for some reason is blocking Wizard Labs? So here's how I got through: Using a Firefox add on called HOXX VPN Proxy, I sort of spoofed it and came through connected to a free server in the UK. I can't believe that I would have to go through that just to connect but it worked like a charm with no problems. I got 10 new flavor vials on the way!

I have XP Pro and I used my FF browser each time I went there and posted earlier about it. Been there again since then, and still no problem. My FF has updated recently, too, but I don't notice any differences it caused.

I just tested it, disconnected off the HOXX VPN, made the IP visible again, went back to Wizard Labs and can't get in...connection timed out. It has to be my ISP.

I went there today, looked around to select flavors, added to cart, checked out, no problems at all. No problems from Florida.

I don't use Windows firewall, my antivirus program uses their firewall and has remained the same with no changes. I have had dozens and dozens of orders from Wizards Labs in the past with no trouble. I try to keep at least 6 months to a years worth of supply stocked at all times so I haven't visited Wizard in awhile, therefore can't really be certain when the issue started. I just noticed the problem here a few days ago. I'm just glad I got it resolved by using the VPN proxy and a UK server. There was an add-on called "HOLA" for Firefox which basically did the same thing, allowing you to enter from a free server from overseas. I don't use Hola anymore, I like the HOXX VPN better.

There is something in the IE11 for win7. I began having random connection problems with all different sites many months ago...mighty frustrating. Had no problems using Chrome going to the same sites but its a resource hog. I downloaded firefox, never used it before and since then I've had no connection problems at all. IE sucks and even if microsoft does fix it I will never go back, firefox is a much superior program for internet surfing.

I have still have trouble getting on the site with connection time-outs. As soon as I block my IP and VPN though a different server I'm OK.
